STAY AWAY! If I could give this place zero stars I would because of how they treat their loyal customers. I have been a customer of this establishment for over five years and have never had a problem with them up until they lost my $1900 tuxedo. After the manager Mercedes acknowledged that they lost the tuxedo after nearly 2 weeks of not delivering it to my house, they offered to pay me $500 for a tuxedo that cost nearly $2000. They claim their insurance would not cover the claim and that they did not have the ability to reimburse me the cost of my item because they do not make enough money. I

Update: I have recently saw that this business answered me. The entire story is that I made it clear I needed them the next day and they agreed to that commitment. It was not a party it was a trip overseas. Please stop your lies.
