Not the place to bring a vintage wedding dress. It took 1 month to dry clean and get alterations, and then waited another week for them to fix the alterations they did when I was originally promised 3 days. Unfortunately I came to this dry cleaner because of all the great reviews on alterations specifically, but Kim no longer does the alterations. Although I speak fluent Spanish, the lady now doing alterations is Spanish speaking only and still misunderstood my request on a basic hem. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Kim was very friendly and apologetic. There was no charge for the repairs

I really like Kim's Valet Cleaners. The staff is very friendly and the prices are fair. Your clothes will look like new when you pick them up. The seamstress they have on staff does excellent tailoring. It's easy to get in and out of the this place, and parking is free. I highly recommend this locally-owned business.

Great. I moved nearby recently and I'm very happy with their services. My shirts' buttons were destroyed in a good number of dry cleaning places in Miami to the point where I washed them at home. Never had an issue with Kim and they dry clean well, which helps with underarm stains or other stains I had no idea how to approach.
