Timothy F. White was born in Hartford, CT, and was raised in Atlanta, Georgia since age five. He went to Marist, St. Pius X, Riverside Military Academy, and graduated from Northside High School in 1981. From there he attended the University of Georgia and in 1992 he graduated with a BA in Psychology and Spanish.

In my line of work with work with multiple attorneys and I have a true appreciation for the this field. Recently my family required representation after another family member untimely death. Like most people, I had a great deal of preconceived ideas about lawyers. Some from experience, others picked up from others comments. After meeting with Tim White and watching him in action, I must admit that all my preconceived ideas were banished. Tim was upfront with us, knowledgeable, spoke on our level so we could understand what to expect and did everything that he said he would to protect our interests. His guidance and counseling have been priceless and I would highly recommend him for any issues you may have.

My opinion may be slightly biased since I have been working as an intern with Mr.White, for over the last two years. However, the real world knowledge and experience I have obtained from him, not only in the Practices and Procedures of the Judicial System, but also in everyday life, are completely undeniable, incomparable, as well as paramount.

Mr. White’s knowledge, experience and down to earth attitude was our saving grace in dealing with my son’s legal issues. He was honest and forthright, without speaking down to us as has been the case with other attorneys. We felt well informed throughout the entire process, which was also not the case with other attorneys.
