I cannot possibly say all the wonderful things about Vail Dentistry. I had an emergency dental issue and traveled from Florida and had to find a dentist as I couldn't deal with the pain any longer. I called Vail Dentistry and they got me in immediately.
My husband and I arrived early to complete the paperwork and was greeted by Coleen at the front desk. She was so pleasant and efficient and got me into the chair immediately. I was in town on vacation and a 6 year old veneer came out while I was eating. I walked in with the veneer and it was as if I walked into my familial living room that just happened to be full of oral health professionals. They immediately got me in and taken care of like family. Painless and seamless repair. As you can imagine, being in that position could’ve absolutely ruined my time in vail, but Dr. Twiss made sure I was back on the slopes with an intact smile. Nobody wants to have to go to the dentist but should the need arise, pray you are in the vicinity of these professionals.

Our family have been longtime patients of Dr. Haerter and I cannot rave enough about him and his practice!! And, I know my daughter especially would say the same if she could type a review!! Ever since she started going to the dentist, she said she wanted to be one and after yesterday, I'm pretty sure that hasn't changed. Because of permanent teeth that were a bit impatient and growing in behind baby teeth that no matter how hard she tried, were not loosening their grip on her gums, she had to get 2 teeth pulled. She is not a fan of shots, but was actually excited for her procedure

I never once had had a cavity, and always rigorously took care of my teeth even as a kid. Then when I was 19, visiting home from college, he said I had to have a root canal. I had no pain but agreed to it.
The crown was placed incorrectly and I went to have it fixed by an endodontist in Frisco. Their office called Dr. Haerter for the original x-rays and told me:
(1) I had a minor cavity, and that no one should have recommended a root canal

My family and I have been going to John and Bethany for about ten years! I truly appreciate the warm service and excellent dentistry! From the basic bi-yearly cleaning to entire mouth veneers, they have done an amazing job! I have attempted other dentists, needless to say I keep coming back to the Haerters!

Friends that I know that also go to Dr. Harter, joke that he is the "up-selling dentist" because every time you are there, someone tries to sell you something--new toothbrush, teeth whitening, etc.
However, I still give Dr. Harter five stars. Everyone on staff is professional. I can't blame them for up-selling, they just want everyone to have perfect teeth!
I did Invisalign through this dentist and I've been thoroughly pleased with the results.
