I would give the Marks Group 10 stars if I could. Highly professional, courteous, intelligent and friendly team. We're only a small client of theirs, yet they are always there to help and answer our questions. We did not use a CRM at all before working with the Marks Group. They brought us on board, trained us, made sure we were comfortable with the product, and have supported us for years now. Great people and great company- I highly recommend them. Also, I'm pretty sure Gene Marks is a genius lol.

Don't let these people anywhere near your computers. The Marks Group Zoho developer completely botched the installation and data transfer from QuickBooks to Zoho. Every time they tried to fix their errors, they made it worse. They tried for almost 3 years to fix all of their mistakes, but things continued to get worse, and of course I was charged for their time.
I finally had to hire another Zoho development company to correct all of the mistakes made by the Marks Group. Six months later, Zoho is finally working properly, but I had to spend another $7,000 to get everything fixed.
