An assessment exercise to create a Current State and Future State Value Stream Map, will expose the needs of the system, not just a singular process in the value stream. It will provide a host of improvement targets that can benefit from Continuous Improvement events or activity. With a bias toward action, this group activity is meant to make rapid change.
