Dental Implant gives us the ability to replace the roots of teeth in order to act as the foundation to replace a missing tooth or teeth. Dental Implants are made out of biocompatible materials (mostly Titanium) allowing bone and tissue to fuse to them and support a functioning tooth replacement.
It is our goal to provide you the absolute best care possible at the most reasonable cost. As such, payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, our office accepts a wide range of payment options including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and personal checks with a valid driver's license.

With the advent of dental implants and the improvements that took place over the years, they have become some of the most predictable procedures performed in both medicine and dentistry. In order for dental implants to be successful, the presence of healthy and adequate bone is essential. Many causes lead to bone loss and the formation of defects that may require augmentation. Bone grafting may be used to regenerate a small or large defect. Different types of grafts and grafting materials can be used.
The extraction of teeth is a very common procedure with many misconceptions. Many patients are referred to an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for removal of single or multiple broken down teeth. I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and was extremely nervous, as i’ve had very bad experiences at dentist offices before.
Dr. Duraini and his staff are all so welcoming and really know how to put their patients at ease.
The whole procedure was over in about 45 minutes. Im on day 2 and only have minor soreness, no pain, no swelling!!! Motrin 600 mg is enough to take care of soreness.
I will HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone looking to get mouth surgery.

Although it is never a fun experience having a tooth extracted, Dr. Duraini and his staff made it as pleasant as possible. They are a professional team, and were great at explaining the procedure in detail and were also available for any questions I had, even on weekends. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their dental needs.

I had two wisdom teeth pulled and was very nervous about it. Should have had it done 40 years ago. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Duraini was wonderful. He had me taken care of with no pain. I’m so happy it’s done and wasn’t as scary as I had thought. I appreciated the check in call later in the day too.

I saw Dr Duraini for jaw issues after seeing 6 other doctors who couldn't diagnosis or treat me. My nurse friend in GA looked through her network and found him at the top of the list. He is about a 2 hour drive from me Waco, TX which made communting difficult but his staff was always so kind and courteous and would help work around me.
Dr Duraini is the absolute best. He performed double open jaw surgery and I left with no scaring and no pain where I had it before. It was like the problem was instantly fixed. He continued seeing me after

Great experience. The friendly staff and Dr. Duraini made it easy. My Son got his four wisdom tooth pulled and it was a breeze. It took 30-40 minutes and we were out and on our way. We even got a phone call the same day from the office checking in to see if everything was ok and if we had any questions.
