Honest shop, a rare find. They don't overcharge or invent things that are required on your vehicle. They'll let you know if something is practical, required, or not, and help you make a good decision for your car. They treat all customers with respect and a great attitude. As woman, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of, like previous shops have done. Great family run shop who'll treat your vehicle with care and as though you are family too.

Had our car at dealership told us we needed a new motor we decided to take to Kens because he is honest and did good work for us before. Found out we didn’t need a new motor and got out of there for like 200$ that was like 6 months ago and cars still running great. Thanks Ken and your awesome employees.

Had a clunking noise up front. They got it up in the air and it fixed itself. Strut must have been bound up. Didn't even charge me to look at it and sent me on my way. This was my first time taking my Cadillac there and if I have any issues in the future I'll be back. Honest shop who earned a future customer!

I told them the issue was an under the engine issue, which that part they did locate and give me an estimate.
My problem is my radio was set radio stations, which I never use because I keep it on Bluetooth 24/7, didn't adjust my seat back, my trunk was partially open when I left, and now my subwoofer's amp voltage is way off causing shorts.
If my problem is under the hood, there was no reason to touch my stereo, amp, or subwoofers, when I all I asked for was a price estimate on a repair near the engine. Im not sure if you guys shorted a cable or maybe moved something but next time focus on the
