Service writer Annabelle has a smart mouth. After reading her messages she sent my fiance, she clearly has a very dry sense of humor.
The Point is she kept running her mouth even though we asked her to stop.
We have 8 vehicles that have came there for repair from different employees. Not to mention our 5.
A service writer that has no funny bone and is a smart allic just lost our business.
She was even told to stop or texting her boss was next. She was like go ahead and text him.
Bad idea.
We have over 20k invested in repairs over past few years there where we fronted the money to employees
