After 15 minutes, there is no refund. Check in is at 3:00 pm. We were there at 3:30 and the room was unavailable. It wasn't ready until 4:35. Check out time is 11:00. We received a knock on our door at 10:45 asking have we checked out yet but our room wasn't available on time. Also, front desk staff were not friendly. The pool is small and you have to pay for ice except for on the first floor. If this is a last resort consider this option. I was charged for Thursday night on Wednesday. There was a resort fee of $24.99 added but this is not a resort. This is a motel!!! Our towels were dirty. Stay

I’m not even going to give this place 1 star. THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!!! I told the owner and he called me a liar when I was trying to show him pictures I woke up at 3am and was itching I couldn’t go back to sleep so I decided to investigate I found several bed bugs!!!! Me and husband immediately took showers and went to the office he said that they don’t have bed bugs they have roaches but I clearly know the difference and yes I did see roaches as well. He did not refund me.the pool was disgusting as well!!! For the price I though it would be decent but I was horribly mistaken! Owner is super

Poor horrible cleanliness! After a stay here for vacation paid for a great week here and they would never come clean our room at all even after letting them know several times.Once they said because we where here which after being gone all day they couldn’t clean it or at least take the trash. NEVER AGAIN! And over priced and the rooms have a bad smell at that . Never even changed or did our beds all week while there. Do NOT recommend this place at all!!!

We stayed at the Fairway Inn and it was not what I expected. After the shock, we had to stay, I could not get my money back because I thought that this was a decent hotel, deceived by the photos. The cleaning ladies were very nice. But we were not used to these neighbors. I should have paid the extra $1000 to stay at the Hilton Gardens on the island.

Read all the reviews before going. Wasn’t near as bad as the reviews I read. Room was spacious. We did wipe down all the surfaces, bedspread had some tears in it but the sheets and pillows were clean. We had a smoking room and had no Oder to it. The staff was nice and polite. We were only 2 miles from the pier and all the attractions. Would stay there again.
