Most incompetent company around. Unprofessional, doesn’t show up on time, doesn’t call to let anyone know, the girls in the office must have been picked from a gum ball machine. None of them have experience from what I can say. I went in to view the products and noticed the book keeper taking a little snooze at her desk, the girls were unprofessional and rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go visit paradise windows right down the right. They offer the same products for a fraction of the cost of these guys. All my friends have had nothing but issues with their roll down screens and takes

Small project - ONE opening. Spoke to Melissa and schedule a quote June 24. She confirmed one shutter was not an issue. Rob Bethke cancelled on June 24 but rescheduled for June 28. No show on June 28. After a text with no response, I called Rob who then shared he probably could not sell me just one accordion. I was very transparent from the beginning about not wasting my time or theirs....my project was small. In a changing economy, a company would appreciate all sales - regardless of size.

The product seemed O.K., however everything needs support. I thought Stormsmart was a large nationwide company. However, I have a small problem which will lead to a great problem. They have not returned 8 calls over the last 3 months. I wish I had not chosen them to do my storm prtection. I would not recommenf Stormsmart. North Fort Myers FL.
