I cannot speak as to this company's price or quality of products. However, I have two reasons why I have crossed Storm Depot off my list. The first reason is that they were a no-show for the estimate appointment that I had scheduled with them today between 12 and 1 pm. I waited until after 1 pm before I tried calling them 3 times total, and got no answer. I thought maybe I could at least find out why they had not shown up or if they were experiencing some kind of emergency that prevented them from coming. But they still should have called me in that case, not the other way around. That brings me

I spoke with julie or julia one of those names...i called to get quotes for hurricane shutters... She said she was going to call me shortly, i had to call back 5hr later to find out if they have the quotes for me...she said yes i have them here she gave me the quotes and i was ready to pay she said she will email me a link so i can pay and also give me my window measurement so we can be on the same page..we hung up i did not get no email....so i called back to find out what has happened cause i want to pay for it....No ANSWERS.... THE NEXT DAY I CALLED AGAIN AND NO ANSWERS.....I CALLED A 3RD TIME

Storm Depot sent a entire team to my house early this morning. When the gentlemen arrived at our home they were courteous and cheerful in nature. The team fixed every issue we had with our accordion shutters and in a very timely manner. The team even went so far as to close every shutter making sure they were secure .
