I'm very pleased with the excellent communication relationship within the company. Aabco is a professional,honest and dedicated company to get the job done in a timely manner which was never an issue.The installers Mike and Frank did an excellent job installing my accordion shutters as they were clean with the work and my shutters are beautiful as I feel very safe for all the upcoming storms in the years to come. AABCO just installed my Storm Shutters last week. They did an excellent job. Charyl and Lisa were always on top of the project and very courteous. The 2 guys that did the work, were very professional and respectful. I took them less than 10 days from the day they took the measures to the day the installed.

This company is only getting 1 star because I can't give zero stars. The worst experience by far that I have ever had with a company. Not only did they damage our home immensely by drilling though walls/windows which has caused water damage and leaking but the entire process took 3 months longer then promised and communication with their management staff was awful. Now today during a cat 4 storm heading our way as our shutters are being installed we discover 6 panels completely missing from a window and 3 panels that they cut too short for a window. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Wish I checked with the BBB before I placed my order. Initial setup was quick and friendly. I asked that the product be installed in the next month. Did not occur till months later. Cut her slack. It was easier to get a roof replaced in under two weeks with inspections. Install of shutters took one day but I found I could not close the last shutter on Window #7. I withheld final payment till inspection and asked Cheryl to come out and pick up the check. I showed her the issue and she said she would have someone come out. I made the final payment under good faith After repeated calls, I could not
