Mike was very quick to respond and quick to schedule with! We felt that he was very attentive to our needs and concerns, especially as new home buyers.
He came into our home and we felt like he was very detail oriented and knowledgeable. It did not feel like he was just going through the motions but rather paying close attention to our original concerns.

I had a great experience with Michael as my home inspector. He was able to do the inspection the day after I called him, and get the full report to me the following day after that. He made sure to walk through the property and show me everything he had found. He was thorough, and explained everything in terms I could understand. His pricing came in lower than other companies offering the same services. I highly recommend him for your home inspection.

Wow, Michael came over to give me an estimate, but ended up fixing the plumbing issue instead. My job was a lot simpler than I expected. I'll use his services in the future, when needed.
On another visit, Michael did the impossible, for me. My home is old, with many out of date fixtures. I had 2 Ameri-Flex stop valves in the bathroom; one started to leak, and those aren't made any longer; what to do? I emailed a photo of the non-threaded feeder pipes to Michael, and he removed the old ones, and was able to install the new valves I purchased; he also installed 2 new stainless steel hoses to the

I hired Mike Bosetti to do two inspections during my house hunt. He offers a first time buyer discount, because he understands how expensive it is to get into one’s first home. His inspection was very thorough and he clearly explained everything in a way that left me feeling empowered to finalize my purchase.
