Mr. Peter Frosilone of Bryn Mawr Chapels in Yonkers, New York, coordinated the funerals of both my mother (Cecilia, Nov-2016) and father (Frank, Jul-2020). He handled both funerals with near flawless professionalism, efficiency and diplomacy, while keeping our costs to a competitive level. In the case of my father, who passed away under the difficult circumstances during peak covid-19 cases, Peter faced near insurmountable obstacles. Peter and his entire staff exceeded my expectations handling my sister's cremation. I had anticipated that this process would be arduous but Peter was wonderfully responsive and made everything easy. He even stopped by and hand-delivered the ashes & death certificates because he was nearby. Wow, what personal service!
