Earlier this year, God placed it on the hearts of our friends over at the Beam Missions Foundation to begin a program in partnership with us to clear a path for young visionaries to explore Kingdom adventures for 15 months in 3 locations around the world. When that opportunity was announced, 40 young dreamers applied in just a few weeks.

We had initially hoped for 10 people to participate, but God opened hearts and doors to allow 15 faith filled young people to begin this adventure and explore God's plan for their lives. Now, it's time for our sequel year after an amazing kick off with our year one participants. If that's you, or someone you know, please apply today.
Services
At Camp Hope for Kids, we are changing children's lives by connecting kids from widely different backgrounds with each other, with caring and consistent mentors, and with nature's miracles.

Since 1992, a group of dedicated individuals has banded together to build community and inspire the lives of the socially and financially privileged and disadvantaged youth - not by keeping them separate, but by bringing them together each summer in a beautiful 88-acre camp facility in Pennsylvania.More than 15,000 kids have built lasting friendships, memories and a vibrant spiritual community at Camp Hope for Kids over the past 24 years.
R Camp is geared toward 3rd through 8th graders. Hope for Kids provides the opportunity for these children to learn spiritual, emotional and character building values as nature's miracles are explored. Daily activities include sports, arts and crafts, swimming, rock climbing, devotionals, and other fun-filled activities.
The Performing Arts Camp was created for those students in 7th-12th grades who wish to use their talents to serve God. The Instructors at the PAC week are disciples "in the business" who teach the students how God can use their talents to glorify him. There are track options for dance, film, screenwriting, acting, vocals, fine arts & photography, songwriting, and musical theater.
The Special Week of Camp is a five-day camp designed especially for the families of campers, ages 8-21, who may have social challenges and/or special needs. We provide a fun-filled week of camp for kids with a variety of challenges which include behavioral, physical, neurological, sensory, and cognitive.
Camp Miracles is a program of Hope for Kids which focuses on giving students from Philadelphia the opportunity to connect with mentors, peers and nature at our beautiful 88 acre camp facility in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania. Campers are paired up on-on-one with high school and college aged mentors from around the world.

The food is great, the people are good, Antonio the property manager is handsome. The picture is not Antonio btw. Also, the fishing is pretty good. Got largemouth and smallmouth bass, carp, catfish and even some trout if you're lucky. Great place all around.

It warms my heart to see young campers, become crew members, become counselors, become staff members, who will one day become the next generation of our ministry staff…”the light” always shines bright here at CHFK (The Forge)!

This is an exceptionally great place for my kids to get spiritually filled & renewed when their secular school lets out for summer. Fairfax public schools are great, but of course they're not allowed to speak or teach on God. That's where Camp Hope For Kids comes in! They have different camp weeks setup for different ages from 7 - teenagers. They also have a week for special needs children and their families.

We have been taking our kids to camp since they were 8yrs old and they are 19, 16, and 14. We love this camp for all the amazing experiences they give our kids as we try to expose them to the heart, word and people of God.

Our kids have been attending this camp for 6 years now and it's changed their lives. So much so that I decided to volunteer year round to serve as director of nutrition. It's a wonderful place.

A pleace like no other. I don't know what else to say besides a place with some of the best memories I have! It literally is a slice of heaven. I learned so much and grew so much from just a week as a camper, and the whole summer as full time staff. I love this camp!
