This system is proven to work and not fail while saving homeowners thousands of dollars. The King Pier - Foundation Pier & Stabilization System was designed by me (Jim King) who went to work as a young man at the age of 23 for one of the largest and well-known construction companies, Clarkson Construction Co.
In Kansas City, Mo. I was hired as an estimator in the Engineering Dept. to bid on large Missouri Department of Transportation along with the Kansas Department of Transportation State Road & Bridge projects. I noticed while in high school that I could look at a set of blueprints laying on a table in front of me and visualize the paved roads with new curbs and sidewalk with green freshly laid sod.

Services
We are excited to announce that we have expanded our service offerings to include a large network of foundation repair experts. With over 200 years of combined experience in the foundation business, we provide engineering sound foundation repair advice to get your home or building back to its glory.
Focused services are what we stand by - Many companies claim a long list of services, we don't. King Piers LLC was founded with a focused vision: We would rather be the best at a few services than offer the most variety. Every project that the King Piers Team does, homeowners are thrilled to see exactly where their money is going and feel confident that the largest purchase they make, their home, is safe sound for generations to come.
King Piers LLC employs the use of its own patented foundation repair pier that is used as a footing support system to successfully raise a sinking footing back to its correct level elevation. Foundation settlement is due to footing failure which brings down the foundation wall that it sits on.
This can be caused by a number of factors, such as the movement of soil due to moisture or lack of moisture, the soil type and its ability to support the structure, surrounding trees and foliage that compete with soil moisture, and plumbing leaks.

Concrete repairs are inevitable in the Midwest! It's a fact that the Midwest is a wonderful place to live for a variety of reasons. However, the ground it sits on is made up of soil compositions and ever-changing weather conditions that can be harsh on concrete foundations and structures. Most homeowners, through the life of their homes, will experience some sort of concrete repair issue.
Basement waterproofing is something that just makes sound investment protection sense as a homeowner. Not only does it help prevent flooding, mold or mildew formation, and cracks and fissures, it can also increase your home's value and reduce energy costs.
You might have suspicions that your home has basement water issues, but some of the tell-tale signs include; wet walls, visible or odorous signs of mold and mildew, dampness around the base of the floor, standing water, rotting joists or support beams, and damaged wood or carpet. We recommend you regularly include a basement inspection to check progress of your basement's conditions.

I recieved four estimates for my sinking foundation, several from the popular companies that advertise regularly. King Piers was not only competitive but very realistic about how to solve my problems. The owner came out and provided a quick and easy estimate.
I am very glad I went with King Piers. I have a home in south Johnson County. They were able to pier my foundation, fill in the cracks with epoxy, fix cracks in my brick exterior and drywall interior as well as fixing a leaky window well in the basement. Enrique was awesome to work with and has my total trust. Very hard working crew. Thank

If you want an honest opinion, call these guys. I am a realtor and I recommend them to all of my clients. They won't make it a bigger deal than it actually is just to get more money from you. Heck- I've even had them help out clients that had very minor issues. Thank goodness I can rely on these guys when I need them.

We had a few cracks to fill that required them to dig holes. Work was done very well and completely solved our issue. We did have an issue during the job, but they made sure it was corrected quickly. The owner called me personally to make sure it got taken care of. Price was also very competitive. They also level a window well and added gravel to it for free!

We received an estimate for $1,000 but was told it would normally be $2,000. I asked if they could could go ahead and write the estimate for $2,000 because we were in the process of purchasing the home and trying to negotiate the price down. There were a lot of issues that had to be taken care of and the sellers did not want to come down in price, I figured this would help. I was assured we would only be charged $1,000 but in the end we were charged $2,000. Probably my fault for not getting it in writing. We asked them also about replacing some concrete right by our garage, how much it would
