Located in the Los Caballeros Sports Village in Fountain Valley, our facility was originally designed as a training center for the 1984 U.S. Olympic women's volleyball team. The Olympic rings, star-in-motion, and flags are memorabilia left over from the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games. New Hope Academy acquired this 17,500 square foot building in 1984.
It has a forty-foot high ceiling, wooden floors, and heating. We have continually upgraded our men and women's state-of-the-art Olympic gymnastics apparatus, keeping us on the cutting-edge of men and women's recreational and competitive training. Our facility provides a spacious, and safe environment for our gymnasts and parents.

Services
Our preschool program starts with Parent & Me classes for ages 18 mos to 3 yrs where young students explore the sport of gymnastics with the help and guidance of their parents. At age three, students can join Beginning Preschool classes and work directly with a coach trained in developmental gymnastics.
Our tumbling instruction is designed to develop proper technique and form for increased power in tumbling and a sound foundation for higher level tumbling skills-for cheerleading, dance, acro and other aerial sports/activities. Tumble Warrior classes combine power tumbling skills with "ninja warrior" challenges and obstacle courses.
NEW HOPE DANCE Offers the following dance programs: Preschool, Academy, Pre-Professional, and Teen/Adult. New students (ages 5+) are invited for a free Trial class during any of the Parent & Me, Preschool (Beginning), and Basic Ballet classes. For those wishing to join the Academy level classes, the Trial class will serve as an evaluation in order to place the student in the appropriate level.
At New Hope Gymnastics we develop gymnasts at all levels. Our dedicated and experienced coaching staff makes sure the athletes maximize their potential. At our state-of-the-art facility, you'll have access to all the equipment and resources you need to practice your skills and prepare you for the next level of competition.
Competitive gymnastics is about commitment and dedication. For those looking to take their love for gymnastics to the next level, New Hope Gymnastics offers a boys team - from Level 4 through Level 10 of USAG Junior Olympic Program. For the gymnasts who qualify for the program, our dedicated and experienced coaches will train them to compete at the highest level they can achieve.

We are so thankful to have been referred to Newhope Gymnastics! We immediately liked the atmosphere and the staff is great! Both our kids (boy and girl) love coming to class each week. They have a variety of classes for different ages and levels. You can see how much ALL the kids enjoy it and how much love and patience the coaches put into it. We highly recommend it! I was a gymnast here from 8 to 18 years old. My experience was fantastic. Coaches were wonderful and truly cared about the success and health of the gymnasts. Equipment and facility had everything I needed to be an elite gymnast. I received a full scholarship for gymnastics at Penn State and would certainly recommend this gym to anyone.
