Can't say enough good things about 4Buyers, and in particular our agent Alex LaCroix. A former landscaper and self-described "house nerd", he always knew what to look for when we saw a house, and was quick to respond to questions via text or email. Plus 4Buyers has a payment structure that doesn't link the agent's commission to the sale price, so your agent has no incentive to get you anything but the best deal on a house, and can act more like a consultant and less like a salesperson. I'm pretty sure we would have thrown any other agent off a cliff after that long, but we actually grew to like Dave more and more as time went on, which is good, since we saw him more than most of our friends as he patiently went to countless showings with us.

Alex Lacroix not only helped us find the perfect house in a really tough market, but made the process fun and interesting. He is incredibly knowledgeable about houses and the home buying process, and felt like a true partner throughout the entire journey. We had previously stuck a toe in the water with an agent from a different company and the difference in attention to detail was night and day.
