Services
We served the foster care and adoption community almost exclusively. We had four therapists working full-time within a few months of our incorporation. The therapists that founded SBH envisioned a practice that would serve the Dallas/Fort Worth community with clinical excellence and spiritual integrity.
Provides administrative support and assistance to directors and to Stonegate's contracted therapists. Provides in home services for children 4-18 years of age in Keller, Mansfield, Waxahachie, and Midlothian. English and Spanish services available. Provides in home services for children 2-18 years of age in Northeast Tarrant County, including, Keller, NRH, HEB area, and Fort Worth.
We will are no longer accepting new clients through Superior HealthPlan or Texas Medicaid, with the exception of CANS Assessments. If you are making a referral for a CANS assessment please provide the following information below in the patient information box: client name, DOB and Medicaid ID, caregiver name, address, and contact information.
