When we first met Jeff and Sonja we had been looking for awhile to purchase a home in Colorado. We were hesitant about purchasing a new build but after meeting with them and discussing our needs we knew we were in the right hands. Our initial conversation with Jeff was send me pictures and ideas of what you want in your home.
