Great experience! The office manager was clear about expected costs and insurance coverage; I never was surprised by any out of pocket expenses. The hygienists are friendly, diligent, and attentive - seriously the quickest, easiest, and best cleaning I’ve had. Dr. B is warm, friendly, and explains thoroughly any issues and options for treatment/care. Parking is easy and free - which is something in Seattle!

My entire family enjoys the positive and skilled services of Biederman Dentistry. We have been going here for 5+ years and have been very satisfied with all of our visits, many cleanings, several chipped teeth, a few cavities and regular preventative services.
Also, there is a great orthodontist on another floor that Biederman worked and communicated well with when our daughters had braces on.

Our family have been patients of Dr.Biederman for over a year. The entire team is incredibly friendly, accommodating, thorough and professional. Every question is responded too with an informed yet easy to understand answers. There is no pressure, and we have never been ‘sold’ or convinced to have unnecessary procedures. Who knew you could look forward to going to the dentist like our family does!

I DO NOT recommend Dr. Biderman's office which is very unfortunate because I'm sure Biderman is a great dentist but its because of the receptionist that I will not go here. I was recommended Biederman through family and when I tried to make an appointment at the beginning of the pandemic, the receptionist kept trying to convince me to go elsewhere. I left an honest review on Google and she tried to ask me to change it. However, I can say thank you for turning me away because now I have a great dentist.

Would highly recommend this dentist to anyone afraid of the dentist!! I was that person and I avoided going to the dentist for about 5-6 years. But when I became pregnant I realized it was time to check my teeth out so they wouldn't get worse in pregnancy due to inflammation.
They were so nice and made me feel so comfortable that after the first time I went I got over my dentist-A-phobia. Now I go all the time (I got Invisalign so I'm at the dentist every 8 weeks) and I still would recommend them to anyone.
It seems to be their protocol that they only employ nice people!

Dr. Biederman and staff are very warm and inviting. If I ever have questions they are promptly answered and thorough. He is a meticulous dentist who pays very close attention to detail.
With my daughters first dental appointment they were very patient (she's a talker) and told her everything before they did it so she would know what was happening.
I really appreciate this office and staff!!!

This review is mainly for the dental hygienist Mesky that worked on me for my visit. I hate going to the dentist since it usually means pain and annoyance. Mesky was very nice and listened too my concerns about the pain I always get from dental charting with a probe and cleaning. She gave me local anesthetics when I had asked for the probing and the cleaning to have a better experience in the chair. She always told me what she was going to do next and what to expect. Also gave breaks when I had asked when my jaw got too sore. I also got headphones to listen to my music while she worked so that

I was looking for a new dentist on the area and picked this one primarily because of the positive feedback here. Dr. Biederman and his staff are fantastic. They answered all my questions and were very open about what I could expect with both my filling and my cleaning. They are also transparent about costs and what your insurance will and will not cover, which I really appreciate!

I have loved going to Biederman Dentistry over the last four years! Before I went to Dr. Biederman, a dentist told me that I needed to have surgery immediately to correct some gum recession, so I got a second opinion from Dr. Biederman who walked me through the pros and cons of this procedure. He then recommended we simply monitor the gum recession for a while and only do the surgery if it gets worse. He also gave me some tips for how I could take better care of my gums. Four years later, and still no surgery (or any cavities)! My gums and teeth are the healthiest they've ever been. :)

Really impressed with Biederman Dentistry. Dr. Biederman and his staff were friendly and knowledgable. Both my wife and I went in for X-rays and cleanings. They were very honest and straight forward about our oral health. Never felt like they we're trying to sell us anything. I also really appreciated how they were able to get me in and out quickly.

Absolutely never going back.
I'll start by saying that I actually *like* going to the Dentist. I have bad teeth, and it's nice to get them fixed when needed, so I wasn't surprised at the long list of fillings and whatnot that needed to be done. In retrospect though, that list was too long and I think some of the fillings were unnecessary, and are now causing me big problems. My first red flag was just how high my out-of-pocket expenses were at appointments. I had three appointments, and the first was around a hundo, the second was $194, and the third..... well, we'll get

First off in the past, I've had some bad experiences where the dentist has not thought through what they were doing and went in all willy nilly and ended up cutting my lip a FEW times in one visit, but I digress...
In contrast, I would say my experience with Dr. Biederman has been the opposite. He has always been thoughtful, very deliberate, and thorough. And this is exactly what I'd like in a dentist

When I moved to Seattle in 2012 I needed to find a new dentist. I chose Dr. Biederman based on location and the positive Yelp reviews. I am SO HAPPY with my decision! Dr. Biederman and his staff are so professional and friendly. They all make a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience! My daughter, who previously hated going to the dentist, walked out of her first cleaning with Dr. Biederman saying she would happily go back for future appointments!!! I highly recommend Dr. Biederman!

Kevin Biederman is a great guy and really knows his stuff. He has this very candid way of making you feel comfortable and not weird and safe and respected - like you WANT to feel, but many people seem to make things slightly awkward. Not Kevin.
I highly recommend him and his practice in Greenlake. And it's a very cool location so you can get cupcakes afterward (tip!) :)

Sorry to go against the grain, but I have to disagree about the friendly and welcoming staff. As a new patient, I made two appointments for my husband and I, but ended up having to reschedule both. I called and left messages giving notice BOTH times because hey, I'm a considerate person. No one told me about having to provide notice 24 hours in advance, but obviously I just give notice as soon as I know that we CANNOT come in! Since the office is closed on Mondays and the weekend, I could only give notice of cancelling my Tuesday morning appointment on Monday night.

This place is fantastic. I won't go into a lengthy review because I feel like the other reviewers put it really well. I will say, that I had a great dentist before I came here but then my insurance changed, and I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple of years. Then I came here, and loved it. My point is that I had already come from a great dentist, but I was still in love with this place.
