During your six-monthly cleaning, our team will remove any plaque missed through daily brushing and flossing. Staff is superficially pleasant and prompt but not customer satisfaction geared or aware. There is a corporate feel overall and apparent pressure on the staff to sell/upsell services. All resulting in an overall awkward experience and uncomfortable feeling while there.
Money, money, money appears to be the focus. Up front holding charges on your credit which are forfeited if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled visit. You are even charged a $50.00 fee if you reschedule within 48 hours regardless of why or if the appointment was set on wrong date by them!

I moved to Franklin last year and needed to find a new dentist. Everyone was very professional and nice. The dental hygienist and doctor did a great job and it was a pleasant appointment. They explained everything well and were very informative. The office was clean. I was very pleased and will continue to be a patient.

I just began at this practice but feel very comfortable here. I am a big skeptic and haven't been to a dentist in awhile. The people here made me feel very secure. Everything was explained to me step by step. The technology is amazing and again, everything was explained to me. I was treated like a person, not just another number. I have some work yet to be done but I am not apprehensive about returning. I'm off to a good start with people that really do care about the patient.

Dr. K is the absolute best!! We went to her with our young daughter after another practice laid out (and she suffered through one visit) some very extensive dental plans for her. Dr. K talked us through everything, made my daughter comfortable and solved all the issues we had, in a much simpler and kid-friendly way. I was so impressed and so was my daughter! The staff is all very attentive, no outsourced billing dept to deal with etc etc. All three of my girls and my husband and I all go to Mint Dental now. We will never go anywhere else!

Today was my first visit at Mint Dental and I was so happy with everything. Dr. K was super nice and really provided thorough information regarding jaw issues I have been experiencing and came up with a treatment plan. I also thought it was great that they take your blood pressure at the beginning of treatment- this made me feel like they take my health and well being seriously.

Met w Dr. K for the first time this morning. Having had many horrible dental experiences as a child, I feared the dentist. A year ago I need an extraction and the dental practice I choose left me with yet another bad taste in my mouth.
Dr. K and her staff are caring and compassionate. She listened attentively to my concerns and discussed any and… all procedures and options available to me. After my consult w her I had a cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised that she would be doing my cleaning rather than a hygienist like most dental practices.

Great dentist. All the newest technology and extremely thorough. If they find additional work that needs to be done, they breakdown the costs and tell you exactly what you’ll need to pay, before you schedule your next appointment. Its hard to find other dentists that offer this type of transparency. I highly recommend Mint Dental.
