I went to Dr. Stein for years and only continued because I loved Cynthia the hygienist. I dreaded having Dr. Stein work on my teeth. He is a brute when it comes to working on your teeth. I was literally crying and convulsing in pain and he had the nerve to tell me the novocaine not working was my fault. He used my chest as a holding tray for instruments. I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. I was so traumatized after my last appointment with him that I didn't go to another dentist for 5 years. I have since found a caring and amazing dentist who I actually look forward

Didn’t get to see the doctor. Staff decided to take 3 appointments that were scheduled after mine and discuss my physical appearance loud enough for me to hear in the waiting room. After 45 minutes of waiting, I asked for my paperwork and left. Not sure if the dentist is any good but I can tell you the office is a dump and the staff might be the least professional people.

Dr. Burton Stein is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled in dentistry. His office staff is very kind and respectful- I look forward to visiting this dentist. The office is clean with state-of-the-art, well maintained equipment. I like the fact that Dr. Stein is candid about the health of my mouth and seems to genuinely care about improving my dental status and overall health.

He was not gentle and was so rude. And he seems pretty dirty and he didn't even have gloves on. I went to get my wisdom teeth looked at and he jammed the little mirror into my gums and teeth so hard I had to pull his hand away from my mouth... He's very rude and I am never going back there again. Him and his staff made me feel very uncomfortable and I've been going there for years. DONT GO TO THIS GUY

This has got to be the WORST dentist I have ever been to. I had my back molar extracted and felt like I was treated like an animal. The way he man-handled my head, basically wrestling my face and contorting it under his arm during the procedure was misery. Carelessly placing his hand on my face over my eyes so they were forced closed while in his fingers were in my mouth had me sooo angry. He used so much force to get my jaw open to it's widest point it was painful. He didn't even look to consider if he hurt me or not. Who treats their patients this way? I felt so rushed and almost to
