We couldn't have asked for anything more from our realtor than with Danny and Jerry Sullivan. They were always very attentive, and were always only a phone call away. Any time a house would go on the market that we liked, it would be their top priority to get us in for a showing asap. Some have called Jerry Sullivan the "Property Guru". Others refer to him as the "Oracle of Offers" or the "Monk of Market Analysis", so great is his understanding and study of the Middle Tennessee housing market.
