I have now transferred 2 children out of this school. They have definitely failed the kids during this pandemic. I did not care for them before the pandemic but it definitely got worse during it. Both my child and myself reached out for help multiple times and received nothing. If your child is normally an A/B student and needs help they won’t get it. They seem to only dwell on the kids that are always failing. I would never recommend this school to anyone. I actually have spoken to dozens of people who went to or had a child attend the school when it was Mainstreet in Hopkins and they loved

I truly can't say enough good things about this school.
My child was a transfer student to this school.
They handled the distance learning smoothly, the staff is extremely helpful and caring too.
This was the first charter school my child ever attended and it exceeded our expectations.
I'll admit, I had reservations on how strong their academics would be.
But, when my child had taken their ACT and did so well, I know that this school had prepared for college and beyond.
Well worth going to an informational session, see if there are other parents too with current or previous students to

Been going here since Freshman year. I love it. The best school I've ever gone to.
The staff are so understanding of mental health needs.
PiM is the first school I've ever truly felt welcomed at. They accept you as you are and help you as much as they're able.
This is also the only school that will let you bring a skateboard and skateboard in the halls. (But you need permission, and no other students around (like passing time)),
There's a very high population of students who are in the LGBT+ community.
Several teachers identify within the LGBT+ and have talents themselves! I love how the students

The area of arts in this school is amazing! There are so many different classes you can choose from whether they are arts related or academic. The environment here for arts is really supportive and academically the teachers are always willing to help.

Love this school, my stepdaughter goes here! Only complaint I have is that we went to her winter performance last night and we were charged 52 dollars to get in for 3 adults and 3 kids, one of which is a baby. I find this pretty rediculous for a public school to be charging his much. I understand for the adults but not for the kids.
