We are moving a parent in next week, so this may be a little premature, but the treatment we have gotten from Nicole (the person leasing the apartment) and my Dad's impression of Danny, the nurse is the most amazing! Their wellness director is an RN! That is rare and so much better for the residents. This place is awesome!

HORRIBLE. The administrative team is the worst! I would name names if it were important but it isn't. They cannot seem to keep anyone long enough to learn names and positions. Rosemark has changed management teams three times since we moved our mother in October 2020. May of 2021 the owner hosted a "Mixer" on the rooftop to get acquainted to his "New Transparent" administration team. Nothing much changed but the names because they too are the worst!. We've sent emails and made countless calls to advise on the care we expect for our $7K a month. If you adore your loved one as do I, do yourself a

BEWARE!
My parent was at Rosemark for a very short period of time this year. During that time, we experienced many falls with no follow up or concern for my family. I tried to set up meetings with the Executive Director Rachael and she was never available, nor did she return my countless calls. How can they have no compassion for my family? I just want answers. To this day, nothing. I moved my parent out quickly. They had great communications when I was signing up to move in. Beware of this place, ask the right questions. Turn over, fall process, who is responsible?

As a cargiver working at Rosemark I can honestly say the people within the community are my favorite part. To provide a better quality of life is a special task that is set before us everyday when we come to work. And not only do us Caregivers strive to achieve that goal but our housekeeping and dining services do as well! Five stars because we care all around!!

Rosemark is the best place to be when you walk in people greet you they help you, staff is amazing in trellis and AL staff love to be apart of a team and work together. Residents love the staff me as a caregiver I love being able to connect with each of my residents in AL and Trellis and build a bond with them definitely come check out Rosemark your parents will love it here 😊

This year we made the painful decision to place my father in a nursing home. After researching nursing homes in the area, we settled on Rosemark. We have been pleasantly surprised. The Rosemark is clean, open, and staffed by helpful people. My father started on the memory side and was later moved over to the assisted side. He really enjoys living there. They seem to keep folks busy. Most afternoons the residents gather out around a large counter/bar to socialize. I am very happy with the care my father is receiving and would recommend Rosemark to anyone looking for a clean and friendly nursing

Rosemark is THE BEST! As soon as you walk through the door you can feel the warmth of the environment. The staff are awesome and really know each and every resident well. The needs of the residents are the number one concern. The decor is beautiful and the food is delicious. I highly recommend Rosemark!
