Very reputable, very hardworking, and very knowledgeable doctors "within" their specialty. I went at the beginning of the "Opioid Crisis", and for a PAIN PATIENT, that was a problem. My PCP (a coward) had managed my health for a decade, but joined a large group, and was directed to dump his Pain Patients (high risk). Unfortunately, my PCP must have bought into the Purdue Prescribing recommendations (just double it), because he had my pain meds high (although, I was stable) according to Dr. Fall. With the National Hysteria about an Opioid EPIDEMIC things were going to change

There are many so called pain doctors in this area but you need to take a close look at their credentials. Make sure they did a legitimate pain fellowship at an accredited pain fellowship. All doctors at SEPA are accredited pain physicians. I love Dr.Jung. He used to be a neurosurgeon so he is highly knowledgeable and extensively trained in various minimally invasive procedures. He takes his time to explain everything thoroughly so you understand exactly what is going on. So glad I found SEPA and Dr.Jung!

Staff was friendly & caring. I do not recommend Dr. Soon Jung. I am no stranger to my conditions, and made this appointment to better improve my quality of life. The doctor was dismissive, belittling, and ended the appointment abruptly. I left feeling defeated & as if the physician did not believe me or care to listen. He made insulting comments regarding my mental health. The only expectation I had for this appointment was to be treated with kindness and respect. If you are seeking help in managing your chronic pain conditions and a doctor that truly believes you and doesn't treat

Dr. Fall is an amazing doctor. He listens to me when I talk about what issues I'm having, offers suggestions when what I'm doing isn't working and although it is a busy practice, they don't run late. I never have a problem getting an appointment, even at the last minute. His staff are also wonderful, always friendly and accommodating. I am so grateful to have found him for my chronic back pain.

I still go to SE PA Pain Management but just wanted to update that I now see Dr. Patrick Fall because Meghan left the practice. I'm very happy seeing Dr. Fall. He's a great doctor; very knowledgeable, friendly, and has a good bedside manner. People mention having to wait a long time at this practice. Maybe it's because I don't go in for procedures, but my waiting time is minimal.

Like many popular and effective professionals, this office is very crowed and busy, and yes, you will have to wait and wait. Such is the nature of life when you find an excellent practice, and are willing to wait, and pay, for the guy that helps you best. Such is my relationship with SEPA. Yeah its a pain to wait (no pun intended) but you know what? He helped me better than any doctor prior, and more - and he knew all of my past doctors and their practices going back 40 years. That's impressive. So is SEPA.

Dr Jaffe is great. This will be my 2nd md visit with him. I have been coming to this office for about 3 years. I used to see Dr Misha Dewan. I would continue to see Dr Dewan, when making the appt I did request her. But to my surprise- they said she was no longer with them.
My md visit was with Dr Jeffe. I was surprised and happy to see that Dr Jeffe did all my vital signs. This was a follow visit 1 month post epidural. Time was also reserved for a possible medial branch block. The medial branch block was no done on this visit. The reason- I was in no pain. Dr Jeffe discussed the procedure

Where to begin.
Made an appointment about an 3 weeks ago for 1:00 PM and got there at 12:30 to fill out new patient paperwork. At 1:30 asked if I am gonna be seen anytime soon and confirmed that my appointment was at 1:00PM with the receptionist. At 1:45 spoke to another receptionist who maybe the manager or god knows who she is and RUDELY said my appointment is actually at 1:30 PM and usually the doctor runs 15 minutes late ALL THE TIME and this is how specialist works. At 1:51 I told her that the doctor is running more than 15 mins late then she goes "yea he is actually 21 min running

I have been treating for a complex and variety of pain issues. Having had 3 right shoulder surgeries, 1 left and 2 car accidents that have left me with a less than perfect spine, I have found all of the Dr's I have dealt with to be kind and caring. I primarily have seen Dr. Nasr who is wonderful but I have also seen Dr. Shaw, Dr. Rosenthal, and Dr. Winas. I have had a number of injections done on my c-spine, and the last treatment was a rhizotomy of my cervical spine and it has helped me a great deal. I have pain in my shoulders and mid back still, but in the hands of SE PA Pain Management
