Services
All of the providers at Pennsylvania Pain and Spine are trained to offer the most cutting-edge and minimally invasive techniques to treat your pain. Dr. Kelly completed his residency at Harvard Medical School and then completed a prestigious subspecialty Pain Medicine Fellowship at Cooper University Hospital.
We will develop and coordinate an individual treatment program for your pain with the goal of improving your function and helping alleviate your pain. X-ray guided injections of anesthetic or anti-inflammatory medication near the affected nerves for pain relief. Ultrasound or x-ray guided injections for inflammation using pain-blocking or inflammatory medication for pain relief and mobility.
Although we have agreed to serve as providers for many insurance plans, the terms of the policies vary, even within a particular insurance program. It is, therefore, absolutely necessary that you understand exactly what your insurance covers and especially the requirements specific to your policy (office co-pays, deductibles, eligible hospitals, referrals to specialists, emergency care, etc.)
Patients can schedule an appointment at either of our office locations by calling our main line at (215) 395-8888. We currently have two office locations, one located at 1500 Horizon Drive in Chalfont, PA and the other at 127 South 5th Street in Quakertown, PA. For your first appointment, patients should prepare to bring their insurance card and some form of ID.

Pennsylvania Pain & Spine has been amazing from day one. After several unsuccessful physical therapy treatments, PPS got to the bottom of what was causing my back pain in just one visit, and worked with me to get the treatment I needed. The staff is really what makes it such a great place for me. From the receptionist to the doctors they have all been very helpful and understand of my personal needs and difficult schedule. I would highly recommend anyone who is having back problems to give PPS a try!

Dr Que and his staff are excellent. However, I have several times been treated rudely by the front office, on the phone and in person. Today I asked for a refill and was denied. I could understand the reason for denial, but I have had severe symptoms from going off this medication in the past I asked to speak to the nurse was denied. I asked if they knew of a way to ease withdrawal. Rudely told no. When I asked a second time, to leave a message for Dr Que., she hung up on me. This front office behavior has been evident since long before Covid crisis. Yet I have been a patient for over six years

The doctors and the assistants are great. They actually listen to you and what you to be pain free.
I have been to these doctors many times, the injections they do make it so I’m pain free. The injections lasted 2years, would probably still be working if I could slow down and stop falling. I recommend them to everyone. Who wants to live in pain.

Dr. Kelly and staff couldn’t be more friendly, courteous or accommodating.
Both my husband and I were treated on the same day. They even stepped up my appointment time to have my procedure right after him, so we would not have to wait for each other.
I feel we are in very confident hands.
I’m already feeling relief from my injection, and they scheduled a follow up tele med appointment to check on our progress.
This is a lovely, progressive office with doctors who truly care about pain, and are determined to help.
I was referred by a friend, and wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to anyone

All of the staff and the Dr, and his assistant were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Dr took plenty of time with me discussing his findings and my options for treatment. He had pulled my medical records form a recent surgery so i felt he was totally prepared to discuss my condition. Office is clean, and cheery. Chalfont is very close to my home which makes it very convenient.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Qu’s for 7 years. His entire team consistently go above and beyond to ensure that every month I continue to feel and look my best. There is never any request that is ever to big that one of his staff won’t help me with. The entire staff at Pennsylvania Pain and Spine are the best you can find. Everyone is knowledgeable, polite, respectful and responsive to a patient’s needs. I personally see Dr. Kelly and he by far is one of the most knowledgeable physician I have ever worked with out of all physicians I have seen in my 64 years. He has helped me tremendously with my chronic back issues that my major back surgery far from fully resolve. In addition he take care of my right knee with injections and it is giving me time before a need for a total knee replacement.
