Philip Concert Jr. Did a wonderful job with my case. He answered all of my questions. This past summer I had to file bankruptcy. I am young, and I was scared and nervous. He talked me through everything, made sure I understood what was happening, walked me through it all. I felt as though he genuinely cared for me and the situation I was in. Process was quick and easy once all payment was made. They got the job done. However, I actually care about my finances and they never answered any of my questions. They spoke to me like I was illiterate and mislead me on the case. If you know the difference between an asset and a liability, you won’t be treated like you do. I initially gave a 2 star review because I was led to believe by this firm that it was not possible for student loans to be discharged under bankruptcy. This is not true. The office called me today and tried to explain how it would’ve cost more to file that paperwork. Why

Nationstar Mortgage bought my mortgage and started demanding payments that were well beyond what my normal mortgage payments were. It was not about an increase in taxes either. It wasn’t long after that that they sent paperwork saying they were starting foreclosure. I tried to work it out with them but they didn’t want to. Plus being on a fixed income made it impossible to pay what they demanded. I made an appointment to see Mr. Counce and he stopped all the bs from them! It was funny that Nationstar wanted to work it out with me then. Long story short- if you are looking for the best attorney

After having a medical emergency, i was forced to file bankruptcy. I called the Counce Law firm and Attorney Counce wanted to see me immediately for a consultation. Once I arrived to the office and sat in his office I felt a sense of calmness knowing that he was willing to take my case and had Christian values. I filed bankruptcy with Counce in 2019 ended up having to leave the state and refiled in my new home state. I noticed the quality of work ,when I refiled with another attorney. The new attorney was able to get my monthly payments down by half. The new attorney was able to serve my job to get the monthly payment out of my check(I wanted that) The new attorney was cheaper. My car payment was in the bankruptcy I believe my financial company in a attempt to repossess my car had Coune contact trying to discover my new address. Not a good attorney at all.

I would like to say they have treated me right since the beginning of my process. I came in needing help asap and they jump right on it and assisted me in my plans and what I needed to do and it didn't take long at all for them to get started.
