I love their ramen so much. But, luck of soltyness, I have to ask soysauce to adjust it everytime. Im not fan of thair rolls. That's expensive and, rice is over cooked and soggy. Shrimp inside is not crunchy too so, it's feels like eating oatmeal have sushi vinegar taste.

Stop by koshi after shopping around the delta shore shopping center. We been wanting to try ramen but never got the chance so we decided to drop in and try.
There system is order and pay first. You are given a number and the food would be brought to you. Customer service was good. There was one waitress tending to everyone. We order the kuro ramen, unagi roll, lion king, and some fries for my son. The ramen was nice and flavorful but it was warm and not hot when it came out. Which kind of threw me off a little. I've been putting off trying the ramen here because parking can be challenging in this part of Delta Shores. So glad I finally ordered take out here. The ramen is quite good. The broth has depth and good flavor. The springy noodle tastes like a Japanese grandfather just made it that morning. Tonkotsu black has great black garlic oil flavor along with several cloves of roasted garlic. The veggies in the ramen are just the right amount. Although the egg's yolk is perfectly runny, it is not marinated.

Went shopping around and got hungry there were so many options. I wanted something warm to heat me up so we decided on ramen. The restaurant is the order then sit down type of restaurant. We order and picked a table to sit. The girl in the front that took our order was really professional and explained the different types of items on the menu. We sat down for less than 5 mins and our drinks came out quickly. Another 5 min and we got our food. Today we returned after soccer practice to get some Ramen for one of my kids and we were surprised to see they now serve sushi! That was a big plus for us since we love sushi as well. So we changed things up and tried out Koshi's sushi menu. We tried the Lion King roll, jaykin bacon roll, cali roll, spider roll(soft shell crab). We also got IKA Geso and edamame. We went to town and finished the whole thing. The sushi was very tasty and fresh! The flavors went well and I was surprised by the Jaykin Bacon roll, It tasted really good!The customer service at Koshi Eats is always great! The staff

Ramen was made with regular flour noodles. The pork was overboiled and soggy. The egg was premade, and set cold in the ramen. The broth had so much ginger that it seemed an unsweetened chai.

One review said place is large, it’s not. The place is an average size and great. The ramen is fresh and if they are out of one broth then u r out of luck. Seems they make the broths fresh and it takes a long time: one type was out and the batch wouldnt be ready until next day. The sushi is great. If you dont like sauces on top make sure to tell them to put on side as some sushi roll sauces are sweet. The staff is young, hard working and friendly: raised right all of them. Fun jelly shot sake needs to be shaken.

This place is small but so clean they have one genre neutral bathroom. Assigned numbers to tables. Seating available after ordering. The girl was nice enough to make me the chicken ramen without the chicken after I order the vegetarian Raman which tasted like oil and unsalted soy sauce! They don't have much sake options but definitely customer service and cleanliness is 5/5. Will visit again and rate. Thank you

First and last visit. Disappointed! My very first experience of eating ramen. I Bought two to go order (aka red ramen) and naruto ramen for my daughter. When we got home, I ate my ramen and it is tasteless. Then as I was about to pour the soup over the naruto ramen noodles I noticed something black on the side of the bowl. I pulled it out it was black hair. NASTY! Please don't do this to other customers.
Should have taken picture of it but I have nothing to prove. Just want others to know so they won't have to eat hair.

Bad, just all around bad. First lets start with service, very slow, friendly for the most part just super slow. Food is next. We orded a salmon teriyaki box with cali roll side. The salmon was so dry and ober cooked as was the scoop of rice. It was so mushy and over cooked it was dam near porridge. The workers said that the rice cooker was on the fritz and were sorry bear with them. If you know something is sub par and bad why serve it to people. So thatbwas 15 bucks down the drain.
Next we had a Naruto ramen bowl. Flavor wise it was alright but the noodles didnt seem right. They were like spaghetti

My friend and I wanted to meet up for dinner on a Monday night and I suggested that we come here because I wanted to try their Veggie Ramen. They are located in the Delta Shores Shopping Center, so it would be easy to pair coming here with another activity like watching a movie, shopping, or getting dessert.
It's an order at the counter type place, so expect a very casual vibe here. The kind of place that would be good to go to with friends or co-workers and less with a date you were trying to impress. It is located in a large shopping center after all.

Husband and I love the red Tonkatsu ramen. So delicious.
This last time it appears they were a little busy and the noodles were not what they have been but that won't stop us from coming again. We love this place. They have always provided great service!
Also, their sushi rolls are so amazing! We would recommend the Godzilla. Amazing!

Greeted upon arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful with menu ordering. It was our first time trying Ramen. At Koshi, you order before you are seated. All menu items are on the left wall and above the cashier. My kids order sushi and it was different from other places they've tried. I had the Tonkotsu and the broth was not bad. I did not like the nori that was part of the Ramen. The egg was good but I was able to taste the coldness like it was refrigerated. Water is free, they give you a plastic cup and you get the water yourself at the front counter. The right wall has a nice scenery. Overall

08.12.2021 - It was date night and so my boyfriend and I tried this place. My regret is not ordering Ramen since it seems that the highlight dishes were ramen. Not quite sure about that yet.

I enjoyed this as it has a deeper flavor than the typical calamari. Squid does have that fishy flavor or the description of "squid." You ever had dried squid? Just imagine it not dried. The flavor is potent the same way than eating calamari. If you don't like that flavor, you won't like it. But I love squid so I don't mind this

Really good ramen! The broth was so flavorful. I'm not a big ramen eater, I prefer rice noodles soups like pho. However, this place may have changed that for me. My soup was nice and hot. I got the black garlic ramen. Each bite was so delicious and before I knew it I ran out of soup haha.
The restaurant was nice small and intimate. Cool vibes and good music.

Came here with 3 friends for dinner on a Thursday evening and we recieved great service. The server was very patient with us as we decided on what to order. The food came out in a timely manner and it was good! The location of this is great bc it is in Delta Shores.
I knocked off one point bc the biggest table they had was not wiped up before we sat down. We opted to sit at a smaller table that was wiped already, didn't wanna bother the server for cleaning. XD But she insisted
