Avoid this place at all costs!!
Let me run you through what they did and you decide if this is a place you would ever waste money at:
We drop off a mask which we purchased from this store for a prescription insert. We are told 2-3 weeks and $250-$300.
Five (5) weeks later after multiple phone calls where we are told they 'think' or 'hope' it will be shipped soon we receive a call that the mask is in the store.
I decided to purchase a complete dive package the same day as we picked up the mask, and since their website said 'in stock' for every item I wanted to purchase, it just made sense. Additionally

I am in Park City, Utah and no shop in SLC serviced all my gear. I found Saguaro Scuba online. I was a little reluctant to ship all my gear to them for service as I always dropped off at a retail shop in the past. However, the service and price were excellent, and they were great to work with. Received back in 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! Funny enough, I am not YET a scuba diver, however I have used these guys throughout the years to fill scuba tanks (for paintball and other stuff) as well as purchase other things. Today I went down there to get my wife a wetsuit for canyoneering, and Rudy was above and beyond helpful. He assisted in finding a wetsuit that fit her, discussed different options and practices, and was very polite and cheerful about us being pains in the neck for about an hour:) When I get scuba certified, I intend to go through these folks, and will use them for anything else I can as well.

Great Scuba shop. Vince and staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Their interest is getting you the right equipment, not the most expensive. The instructors are all patient, helpful, and work with you to give you what you need to be successful. My instructor was Shawn and he was very knowledgeable and friendly, but Rob, Ed and the other instructors were also invested in my success. I HIGHLY recommend this dive shop. And if you are a person with accessibility needs, this shop also works with Lifewaters as a partner, so they have an understanding of how to help you not only get certified

The is a great shop with a vast array of equipment and accessories. Being a new diver I needed an entire kit, Kathy and Vince worked with me as I took my time trying on several different BCDs. I kept saying this was a lot like dress shopping, you need the right fit, be comfortable and if you can look good too. Kathy was super patient and offered her advice during the process.
Then it was on to the regulators, Vince really helped me on this one, he customized and tweaked the unit so it was perfect. He also does the servicing in house.

I've been here several times and they are top-of-the-line. always extremely helpful. I had a regulator and octopus inspected and there was nothing found wrong. Very honest.
I have been back several times which I believe is probably a norm for a new diver. Each and every time without exception I'm met with a very helpful sales associate who answers all of my questions and assist me in finding the right gear. I purchased a used tank from a private party and had the technician complete a visual inspection of the tank. The turnaround was exceptional only a couple of days.

Just received my regulator back from Saguaro Scuba because my LDS, after their 6-8 week turnaround time, didn’t follow my instructions on upgrading parts during its service. Not only was everyone I interacted with super friendly and helpful Saguaro did exactly what I asked and more. I double check my equipment whenever I have work done and can tell you their work is top notch. My regulator was shipped halfway across they country from NJ and they still had it back to me within two weeks! I highly recommend Saguaro Scuba and will definitely be using them going forward.

Helped us find the right bcd for my wife. Saved us some money on a 1 year old used bcd in great shape. We just dove with it for a couple of weeks and it performed great. They also helped us test our refs and make sure we were good to go for our trip. No pressure sales and helpful service. This is now our new go-to dive shop!

BEST dive shop in the states. I've been to many dive shops and many are ran by "Scuba Gods" who are not into customer service. What a nice surprise to visit Saguaro Scuba, GREAT Customer Service from a knowledgable staff. I've taken a few classes there and am VERY impressed by staff! Vince, Gary, Roger, and Rob are AWESOME! I learned lots and had fun experience. Prices on their dive gear beat Amazon and other on line sites. I'm a loyal Customer now and will only use and buy from Saguaro! I did my open water scuba certification through Saguaro Scuba and I couldn't be happier that I did. I got a good deal on Groupon, so check there in case they're still offering it.
The shop itself has everything you could ever need. And if they're out of your size, just let them know and they'll have it ordered asap.
I bought all of my gear from there - great quality. And I absolutely have to give a shoutout to my dive instructors, Amber & Tony. If you're taking a class there - request them. They were simply the best. Great mix of humor with a wealth of knowledge

I had gone on two discover scuba dives in Cabo and Maui and was excited to explore the beauty of aquatic life in depth. Literally. I decided to embark on the mission of getting scuba certified. So living in Arizona, how does one even get certified here!? You think that it's all desert, but it's possible because of the lakes! I did some research and found a nearby scuba company called Saguaro Scuba on Groupon. For just $209 you can get SDI certified for up to 60 feet anywhere in the world! The package included a 16 chapter independent online course, a short day of classroom review/demonstration

I needed help. One of my students chose underwater welding as his career choice and I wanted him to have dive equipment as part of his presentation. Saguaro stepped in to help and made his presentation awesome. Kindness, real people, care. The dive shop is awesome in every way but the heart of the people who own it and work there is outstanding. Paid $142 to get regulator and BCD serviced. Got them home to discover that the back plastic where the tank secures to the BCD was shattered in half. I brought it back and they just shrugged their shoulders and said that it probably happened a long time ago. No, it's a very clean and shiny break in the plastic. Completely ruined.

Real customer here. Was very surprised to find out that they fill two tanks free per day! Been paying too much for fills elsewhere.. In fact I bought some accessories because of that good gesture. Staff was friendly and helpful. Never felt pressured to buy anything, but recommendations were provided when asked! Even chatted about local dives.

Purchased the Discover Scuba course via Groupon, and had a total blast! Wasn't sure I'd be able to convince myself to actually breathe under water, but was pleasantly surprised when I did.
If you'd like to see if scuba is for you, the price is very reasonable. Only $25 for a course that runs about 3 hours. Tell em Swoop sent ya.
