Mayra, who runs the facility, is helpful, friendly, and attentive. She is a delight. I never had a single issue with loud neighbors or the facilities being unkept or mismanaged. The one issue I had in my time of living here was my AC went out, and they replaced it within 2 days no questions asked. The maintenance crew does a great job.

I have really enjoyed living at Las Casas, and I would not be leaving except that I am purchasing a home. It is pristine, quiet and secure. Despite all of the activity of other apartment buildings, the freeway and the air traffic,it has a resort like atmosphere that makes you feel like you are on vacation as soon as you come home. The amenities, laundry room ,pool and small gym are just icing on the cake. The management is top notch. Any issues with your unit are promptly
attended to. It has been a haven and oasis for me and I encourage anyone who is looking for affordable living space to check

I moved here about 2 months ago. I love the Spanish style of the building and the safety it provides. Mayra the property manager is always courteous and prompt with any requests. She is very efficient and willing to help. I only gave 4 stars because I am still waiting for my car port. Lack of parking is an issue in the area.

A few things from living here:
-there is no true guest parking (besides the 3 spots for future residents to park in that you can only use after office hours and that are gone the second they open up)
-strict pool rules discourage people from using the pool (no floaties, no street clothes such as shorts or t-shirts)
-maintenance is deeply inadequate
-everything is carpet
-you need to fill up a card for the laundry machines. If the office is closed or there is no one at the office then you have to wait to load your card and therefore do laundry.
-the laundry machines are constantly broken and

This is the hidden gem. It is quiet, the other people living there come out and use the pool, gym, and grills just as I did, but at night time everything is calm. The amenities are kept up and clean. The staff especially Terry and Jessie are nice and help out in any situation that occurs. I stayed past my lease and went on to month to month only leaving because I was having a child and moved home to be close to family.

12-15-2017: I took a tour of the apartment and immediately noted they were priced $150 higher than the average rate for the area (apartments of the same size and in the same area range from $1,400 to $1,500). For $1,650, I would expect a $1,650 apartment. However, the unit doesn't have a microwave, refrigerator, W/D, central A/C, or more than one parking spot (and parking here is a nightmare). To top that off, the apartment I saw had signs of a major cockroach infestation - it took very little effort to see and smell. Once I saw that, you couldn't PAY ME $1,650/mo. to deal with that headache. Frankly
