A 4 Point Inspection, sometimes called a Four Point Inspection, is a limited-scope-inspection of the Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Roofing systems of your home, completed for insurance purposes. Insurance companies are big on these. If your home is over 20-30 years old, chances are that your insurance company will request a 4 Point Inspection.

I called this company by chance from a google search and let me tell you, it was the best chance encounter i have had to date. The inspector that came to my home was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and timely. Raimo answered our call quickly. We were already off to a great start. He squeezed our 4 point house inspection into his schedule and showed up right on time. The inspection took less than an hour and my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting a hard working and honest man. After the inspection he sent the report within 24 hours. Palm Beach Inspections was very responsive in scheduling our rental house inspection quickly. The report we received was thorough and easy to understand. When I was in the process of purchasing my home, I utilized the services of Raimo from Palm Beach Inspections. Raimo uncovered deficiencies to merit reconsideration of the first house I looked at.
