Allis-Roller has supplied precision-machined parts, fabrications, and assemblies to OEMs in various industries for over 50 years. Take a look at a few of the milestones that helped shape the company we are proud to be today. A. Lakin & Sons salvaged used car tires to reclaim the rubber material. The company then began to develop a method for cutting rubber shapes from scrap tires.
We develop detailed, high precision assembly procedures implemented by experienced personnel. Lean Manufacturing principles have been utilized to design our assembly stations. Allis-Roller is well versed in a variety of modern assembly configurations. We fabricate our own assembly jigs and fixtures, and are accustomed to frequently compensating for weld draw in assemblies.

Allis Roller's Jetline Automated Welder has the ability to precisely control pre-heat and welding parameters, making the weld process consistent from weld joint to weld joint.

Allis-Roller's vast knowledge in the manufacturing of a variety of complex and precision roller designs include fixed-blade and flail choppers, chain feeder drives, idlers for balers, and rubber covered and steel rollers.Our supporting in-house capabilities of machining, grinding, broaching/hobbing and balancing allow for the optimal control of the entire roller fabrication process.

Hypac is a quick disconnect unit bridging between a driven wheel, sprocket or pulley, and its motor output shaft used in hydraulic machinery. With a simple pull and twist of the lockout handle, the wheel is disconnected from the output shaft. Our unit comes with or without a lever actuated emergency/parking drum brake.
