I feel so comfortable with the staff and Dr. O, everyone is so very nice and professional. I am terrified of needles especially for the back but with Shay and Dr. O they are so great I can now halfway handle the fear. One of the nurses took us back to an examination room, shortly Dr. O came in. My first impression of her was like we had been friends for years.
At our clinic you will be evaluated by a specialist and every effort will be made to diagnose your problem or disease. Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. But remember to move in moderation.

Went in to have 2 of my littles tested for COVID. In at 9, back in my truck by 9:10! My daughter had a previous traumatic experience (not here) but the lovely nurse was fantastic and understanding with her. The whole crew was super welcoming and sweet. The whole process was super efficient and made this tired mama's life a little easier. Thank you so much! This place is a must for COVID testing!

Painful and horrible experience waiting in a line for 3 hours to get a Covid test 12/21/2021. This 50+ person line was outside in the freezing cold. It’s 2021 there’s no reason why this facility can’t have an online check in or waitlist system. At worse you could at least take peoples names and number and call them in the order received, so they can at least wait in their cars or stay in the nearby area.
There should not be any reason that possibly Covid infected or sick individuals should be waiting in the cold for a test. And if they weren’t sick in the line they will probably get sick

I started going to this clinic over a week ago, i had problems with my insurance and called and explained to her staff. I called 3 times yesterday because I haven't been medicated since Friday, here it is Tuesday and they don't seem to be concerned with helping me considering i had a total knee replacement surgery a month ago. Apparently the doctor can be in all day but her staff aren't able to stop and give her messages or she just doesn't care, I'm not sure but it's definitely starting off bad.

Came by for a rapid antigen COVID test and was very impressed with how efficient the whole process was. There were quite a few people that arrived in a cluster, and Ashley did a great job of getting everyone checked in, appropriately distanced, and tested. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process and various available tests, and was very clear about next steps and following up accordingly. I would absolutely recommend them for any COVID testing needs.

I have been suffering with severe TMJ problems for the past 9 years which I was informed wasn't painful enough to be given medication for. They will send your wife with has been dealing with 10 years of TMJ home crying accused of taking some street drug when it was impossible for it to be in her system. The day before we were at a TMJ specialist in Philadelphia and was drug tested with no flags or this supposed drug they give heroine addicts. Additionally the level of pain medication she normally takes is so low this stuff would floor her, In reality she runs her own company, manages large groups, weddings and works 60+ hours a week not some drug addict. I been going here for the past five years. Dr. McIntosh is a good doctor. The staff is very polite and friendly. Ashley at the front desk is always polite and very helpful. She is always busy and makes it delightful and keeps a professional attitude when some patients are negative. I also get injections in my back. She helps me with that. П absolute waste of time - this is NOT the place for patients that suffer from chronic pain. I know, ironic huh since pain management is part of their name….. Goofy doctor meets a patient for 3-5 mins & KNOWS exactly what you need, to hell with the regimen you’ve been on for 16+ years, that actually WORKS for your pain to be managed & to be able to accomplish “life”, ie. work, family, sleep, etc. Was referred here & within less than 5 mins of Macintosh - knew she was a fruit loop that would be an issue. Promptly left, found a BETTER doctor. This place makes their $$$ off PT, injections

I went to get a rapid COVID-19 test before I went on the road for business. The service was fine, no complaints. What I have an issue with is the bill. $200 for a rapid COVID-19 test is outrageous. They say it's free if you don't have insurance, but I did, and I don't appreciate the overbilling and inflated costs passed on to my insurance company. How do I know it is inflated? Well, while I was in Iowa I had to have a test every day for 3 days in order to take care of some things and access certain facilities. The test took 10 minutes and only cost $30 per test. When I made my first appointment with Dr. MacIntosh, I thought it was going to be boring and a bad experience. It was the totally different. The staff at the office was very nice and attentive. As for Dr. McIntosh she was very pleasant and courteous. She even made me laugh. Thank you everyone for making my experience a nice one. My condition has improved and not as much in pain as it was.

I don’t usually do reviews. I felt the need to do this because it’s something that is important to me and I don’t want others to go through what I’ve gone through. This is my third pain management center. The first center gave me three injections in the wrong place. The doctor told me that I was getting older and I would have to get used to having pain. Yet I’m too young to be on Pain medication. The second pain management center gave me injections in the right spot but didn’t want to keep me on pain medication until I could prove I was in pain. I have been going to Global Pain Mgmt for 5 yrs. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. They are also very efficient, I receive phone calls back within 2 hours if I have had to leave a message and prescriptions are always sent to the pharmacy right away. The waiting room time to go back to a room is always less than 15 minutes. Ashley at the front desk is great and she knows the patients super well.

I went there this past summer for a first appointment. Even though they issue medical cannabis cards the doctor told me that I was a criminal for using medical cannabis and that I didn't deserve pain medication or physical therapy. I have had 7 spine surgeries in the last 15 years and I suffer from significant nerve damage. At that time my right calf half was 1.5 inches smaller in circumference than my left calf due to falling over a chair in my backyard which I was hospitalized for. Run!!! Do not try to make an appointment with McIntosh!! She DO NOT CARE about your pain!! Run to another center. Every appointment I waited at least 45 mins to see her. She barely give eye contact or allow you to talk and explain your past medical history. You will be a Guinea Pig if you select this office. You have been warned. Run!!!
