I’ve been going here since March 2021 (about 5 months) for neck, back and wrist (carpal tunnel) issues and they are all very personable people. I enjoy doing PT and getting adjusted. Dr. Matt & Dr. Jess are very friendly and good at their jobs. Colby and John are one of the few core people at this place! They all generally have a great sense of humor and are helpful when it comes to PT. As far as treatment, there are periodic evaluations to make sure you are improving and you are usually told a recommendation for how often you should come to improve faster. Annapolis Pain Management (APM) has been a life changing experience! First what I like about APM is having so many services under one roof, and the people working there are Amazing! I used to wake up every morning with chronic low black pain which negatively affected my physical abilities and my mental outlook. I have been going to APM for many years for chronic pain. I cannot recommend them enough, they never gave up on me and the goal was to manage pain long term. I've been going to APM for over 3 years now and have had a great experience with everyone I've interacted with at APM! I first started going for their Chiropractic services, but later tore my ACL and decided to stick with APM through my post-surgery ACL rehabilitation. Following that recovery, I started having hip pain and went back to APM and they proved again to be well-equipped and knowledgeable to help me return to being able to run and play sports pain-free. I highly recommend APM! Dr. Kim, Dr. Jess, and Dr. Matt are all great!

I highly recommend Annapolis Pain Management. Every single employee has always been professional. I recently lost my father, grandmother and aunt in the last 2 months. As a result, I suffered major stress, migraines and fog. Oh did I mention closing on a house and losing a friend to covid. I missed several appointments. APM was very understanding. I use to be an Office Manager of a very thriving practice and I understood that not everything had to do with money. Sometimes clients/patients need a hug. I taught my staff to always be professional but more than anything be understanding to the unknown

I absolutely love coming here! After an injury 6 months ago, I was seeing a different place that was way over charging and wasn’t worried about the patient, but the money. APM is a complete night and day from there. They care so much about you and your health. They are very open and clear about treatment, always friendly, and never make me feel like a source of money in their pocket. From the medical side to chiropractic to physical therapy, I have never had a less than stellar visit. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

I came to APM for treatment after a car accident. There was considerable pain in my neck and back. The treatment plan included chiropractic care and physical therapy. I came to APM to treat my shoulder pain. They have been wonderful since day one. The entire staff is very friendly. I’ve never been to the chiropractor before but really enjoy my adjustments and both chiropractors on staff are great and make you feel very comfortable. The occupational therapists that assist with the physical therapy exercises are really good at explaining and demonstrating the stretches and exercises and they’re fun to talk to. I never would have expected to look forward to physical therapy, but I’ve had such a pleasant experience with everyone here that I don’t mind coming

Do your self a favor and find another chiro / PT group to help improve your pain and discomfort. I have never seen a non-medical group try to find so many ways to bill you for unnecessary charges. Watch your insurance, you will be amazed. They pull you into little closed door meetings constantly so that they can charge you for a consult fee. It's absolutely ridiculous. Constantly messing up appointment dates and billing co-pays. The two male chiro docs are actually quite good, but that nonsense and overcharging is something nobody needs to deal with. I had been in pain for months and tried many different places to fix my back. The combination of exercises and chiropractic care is what has finally done it. The atmosphere also puts this place above all others. I look forward to going in and getting treated not just because just makes me feel better, but because of the interactions I have with the workers. They remember we who you are and the conversations you had with them the time before which really shows how much they care about you.

They do insist on X-rays. But it's a shame that chiros don't send their patients out to get an mri. X-rays don't show soft tissue injury like I had, but mri snd ultrasound procedures do snd are safer as far as radiation. They have a great staff in the back but my experience was a bit frustrating here. I had tears snd some muscle atrophy/injury and no one considered that until I decided on an mri (another provider was involved at this point).

Staff seemed professional on the phone but ... how do I put it ... "not all there" ... It was a disaster making a first appointment since they got the MONTH wrong ... then it on the day of the appointment they said "oops, we had a system failure and lost track of your appointment ... wanna make a new one?" Hate to break it to you but only people with PAIN would want to go to PAIN MANAGEMENT so get your act together!

Can not say enough about this practice on how much it has improved the quality of my life ! Been active my whole life but the last year or so in a funk health wise. Been seeing these folks since June consistently and my energy levels and all around health has drastically improved. First time appt (been to other chiros before!) and the front desk manager came into a separate side office to tell me the cost with insurance would be $15 out of pocket, and do I mind? Whatever. Then proceeded to tell me she believed in me when scheduling for my follow up appt. So unprofessional.

I went to Greenlife Chiropractic after injuring my neck while grappling during Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. I'm normally extremely active but this excruciating pain hit me one day and I pretty much felt like I was dying--I could not move. I thought some rest would relieve the pain but nothing improved. I finally decided to make the appointment.

Please note that this review is for office experience only not chiropractic adjustment. Not to waste my time, I called the office to find out if x-ray was required because I didn't want a x-ray. I didn't have any medical issue, just wanted my regular adjustment like I've been getting for several years. Office lady told me that Dr. will decide after consultation so I made an appointment.
