Went there a few days ago. The people up front were friendly enough, but the people in the back were less than. Brought in things for consignment and they got all rejected (not the problem) the man out back helping me out was less than friendly and looked at me like I didn’t fit in at all. Mind you I was wearing athleisure, but making someone feel out of place like that just shows poor customer service and a horrible attitude on their part.
After reading more reviews, I am glad they rejected all of it so I can take my things to a better place.

I have been taking my clothing and handbags to Clothes Circuit for several years. And I have purchased more from Clothes Circuit than I have consigned!
Because I was on my lunch break from work, I chose to drop my items off and have them donate the items they decided not to take. Among the items was a brand new pair of Paul Green heels that had been purchased 6 weeks prior for $350.
They had been worn 2 hours to an event. They hurt my feet so I decided to sell them.
They donated them..... wow. I realize that is their prerogative but all these years I have never experienced this. I'm curious

They get one star extra because as a shopper they have a nice selection and if you're lucky you can find some great pieces. The sales people however are either not helpful and judgy or all over you trying to make a sale.Certain staff members are snobby as all get out. From a consigners experience, beware. They will screw you over and blame you for "insert stupid reason here." They will consistently have old worn Chanel shoes from 2013 that are $800 but sell your brand item at a discount for being "too seasonal." They definitely play favorited with customers because some

Hit or miss when I come here. Usually find great stuff, fairly priced for the brands they sell, but workers are often judgy. Sometimes feel uncomfortable while browsing. I've seen other reviews saying they have had similar experiences so...wouldn't you think the shop would take notes?? Love this place so it's a shame.

The store is really nice and they have great stuff. I was a bit frustrated by the colored tag sale thing. Two of the sale tag colors were very similar and I thought I was getting 70% off the items I had picked out. After about 45 minutes of browsing learned that the tags I had picked out were only 30% off. The light blue and light green are too similar I guess 🤷🏻♀️🙃

Excellent variety of clothes and styles. Upon entering you're immediately greeted by a friendly smiling face and they allow you to shop and enjoy. Higher end designers such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, burberry etc items are in the cases straight ahead of you and to the right.
Even the higher end designer shoes have their own room which is really nice.
They have everything from a necklace to espadrilles to lululemon workout pants. Which i noticed them have tons of lulu pants for $40 and in amazing shape which is more than half the price in stores.

I’m not sure what has happened to the customer service here! Their service has always been stellar and it used to be my favorite store. I will never shop here again. I was in the store and told them I wanted to buy a pair of shoes, but was still shopping for other items (looking at high end bags). I actually found a very nice bag as well. Went to the counter to pay and was told “they just sold online”. Isn’t your obligation to your in store customer that told you they were buying??? You can keep the expensive bag I was going to buy as well.

I hate to say it but the snobby attitude of the staff was extremely offputting. I brought in many pieces of high-quality designer clothing and handbags in great condition for them to look at and they brushed me off completely. I can only assume that they didn't think I looked like I had enough money to be there. Their loss. I will never go back.

Felt like a second class citizen when walking into clothes circuit. Incredibly stuffy staff, wasn't acknlodged or greeted, assuming it's because I was wearing yoga pants and a baseball cap. Despite this, asked where to go with items to consign. Was pointed in the direction so off I went. When I walked in was ignored for several minutes before being asked, did you need something??? As I stood with my dress in hand. Then was told I couldn't consign unless I had at least 5 pieces to consign and shooed away. Here's an idea... maybe put this policy on your website before so rudely

I have taken my gently used designer clothing here for several years. Every single time I have gone in, I am made to feel as though I am lucky they will even look at my clothing. No one, (especially the people who decided which clothing is worthy) has ever greeted me in a nice way or treated me with respect, however, I dealt with it for the 2 or 3 times I year I go in.
They rejected a few beautiful pieces I had so I went to TBC (To Be Continued) a few miles away. They gladly took my items and commented on how nice they were. This store carries much nicer clothing and they were so warm and

Complete waste of time! I followed the instructions on the website to consign. When I arrived, no one was attending the consignment area. When I just about gave up and was about to leave, someone appeared. She told me it would take 10 minutes. I left, walked around the store, and when I came back, I found my clothes untouched and unattended. I waited even MORE and the same woman came back with excuses and handed me some sorry $20 coupon to shop in store. By the way, my items were of much better quality and condition than many items in store. I hate my time being wasted and ultimately being judged

Love this place. I come every Saturday and browse for my favorite brands to restock my work wardrobe and my weekend wear. The sales are great including up to 80% off. It's always fun to just look and see what's out there. My favorite things to find our Alexander McQueen, Gucci, and Chloe. This store does not disappoint and is worth the drive from the far flung suburbs of the DFW metroplex.

Great resale shop that has been a Dallas staple for years. Great place to shop for hidden treasure. Recent renovation created a more open, light space. Give yourself at least an hour, there's a lot to see here. Clothes are organized by type, color and size. A lovely array of couture clothing and accessories is also on display.

I had the worst consignment experience in my entire life here. The girls were rude and snobby and lacked basic professionalism. I came in to consign several bags of clothes and was asked to hang them up before bringing them in. I found that very strange as I've co-signed on several other occasions and had never received such a request. I obliged and hung my clothes up and shopped the store as I waited. After over an hour the girls very rudely told me that they could not accept a single thing. Which is frustrating, but not my primary grievance. I'm just very turned off by the behavior

There was a good selection of items, they had a sale going on that applies to clothes only but not one single word on the sign says that it only pertains to clothing. The dressing room attendant made a rude comment about my size after I tried something on, saying, "that looks tiny, did that even fit you?" it was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. When I went to check out, instead of ringing me up, the sales clerk said "Okay these are $50, do you still want them?" A friend of mine brought me here years ago to shop and it was such a pleasant and wonderful experience each time I visited - The staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. So much so, I chose to consign here instead of local consignment shops in my area (which is roughly 40 miles away); and what a different experience it was.

I love a great bargain, especially when it comes to Chanel! Or Prada! This store resale’s those brands but also Kate Spade, Michael Korrs and less famous brands, which means great style for less. UPDATE: Returned yesterday. Found a GREAT DEAL on a handbag & a couple of scarves. While looking through the designer jackets, ( after the store had closed) (kept trying to leave but this 1 jacket kept calling me back!) THEN I almost pulled the entire display over & broke the nice clothes hanger! It was a tangled mess! The employees could not have been nicer! By this time it was 20 mins after closing

I love to thrift. It is my biggest hobby! I knew this store would be more expensive, since it is upscale resale, but sheesh did some of those prices seem steep- second hand lululemon for $65 for example.
The store seems to have exclusively pristine options. Seriously, everything was immaculate! You could definitely find something special and amazing for yourself, because #treatyoself. I don't think this is quite the place to go and stock up on a new wardrobe, but would be great if you wanted something truly special.

They sale some really nice designer items at decent prices and I like being able to always find something new however I don't think I'm going to keep shopping here. Here's why :
The staff ALWAYS looks at you like they are judging you or like you can't afford the items your looking at. They stand around and gossip. If they aren't gossiping they are arguing with each other or talking about issues going on in the store. They do this IN FRONT of all the customers in the store shopping. This happens every single time I've came there.

More than 2 years since my first visit and I can say that the customer service was just as amazing the second time around. Love the variety and selection this boutique offers. Thank you again for a wonderful shopping experience.
I was blown away with their selection and quality. They have a huge selection of clothing, purses, shoes, jackets, belts, scarves, etc. The price decreases every few weeks the item doesn't sell.
I wasn't dressed for shopping today nor was my best friend. We looked pretty crappy, really. The lady behind the counter greeted us the same way she greeted the lady

Just experienced the most obnoxiously rude ladies receiving consignment at Clothes Circuit. One was accident knocked by a back door and was extremely agitated - though she was standing BEHIND THE BACK DOOR AS SOMEONE ENTERED.
I barely entered the door before being rudely told only fall items were being accepted -
TheSE LADIES certainly didn't seem to enjoy theirs jobs and left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole store -

First off, my wife goes there two or three times per year, and almost always finds great bargains. This morning we went, and came away with three designer tops, and two necklaces, one of which was a Kate Spade. Our total was under $60. As a husband, the prices make me happy! Almost all of their selections are upscale merchandise. My wife even got a pair of Aigner shoes there once time.
The folks there are quite friendly and helpful. The one thing I would say from a negative is that the selection for plus sizes is a bit small. Otherwise, my wife loves the place. BTW, my job is to help her pick

Consignment is a tricky business because when you sign that contract, it basically becomes their property. This is a racket business...I mean this lovingly. You, the consumer, take items you no longer wear and they give you a small cut of the profit once it sells. Usually, you are better off giving it away to charity and taking the tax write off. Last year, I consigned a beautiful pair of Monolos. Without my consent, they put them on clearance and I ended up getting $14. This were like new $900 shoes.
