My children have attended Little River Day School for over two years. The daycare is incredible - loving, supportive, great communication, great value, the works. We especially appreciate that the daycare prioritizes art, science, and academic skills and a joy for exploration - it creates a perfect balance of fun with learning. And most of all I love the staff - you can tell each and every staff member genuinely loves working with children and look after them as if they were their own. Our kids look forward to going to school each day, and love bringing back their little masterpieces to show us

Fantastic daycare - we've had our two kids in this daycare for over two years and they have loved their experience. Every morning they are excited to go there and each evening they barely want to leave! The teachers are amazing - loving, caring, and compassionate. Ms. Sue, the owner, is fantastic and experienced - she provides great variety for the kids and cares for them as if they were her own. They just moved into a new location and have even more room to run around/play. Could not be happier with this business.

My grandson attended this school since he was 14 months and had a great experience with Ms Gracie. I love her!! ❤️ He was moved to the 3 years old room around when he was 6 months shy of turning 3 I was told because he was rough being in room with babies which I understood. Moving forward my grandson is still the youngest in the 3 year old classroom because he is still not 3 yet. I was called abruptly and told I needed to pick up my grandson because he was not listening hitting and throwing toys. Again he is 2 normal toddler behavior but understood it could be a challenge. LRDS is the best! The teachers do a great job preparing the children for Kindergarten while still fostering a fun, safe environment for all. My child rarely came home sick and didn't pick up any bad habits during the 2 years she spent at little river day school. All of the teachers are caring and patient with the kids and, most importantly, the director Ms. Sue is always around and making sure everything is going as it should and responding to/communicating with parents with the utmost respect and professionalism.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Little River Day School. They have completely loved and cared for my son while expanding his vocabulary, knowledge of shapes/numbers/colors, and have consistently welcomed him in every morning with a smile. The thought of ever having to take him out of LRDS breaks my heart based off of how incredible they’ve been. I would absolutely recommend them to any mom or dad looking for a wonderful childcare for their child.

We love LRDS and our son loves going there. I like that my son can go there part time and their schedule is very flexible compare with other places that I did the research. Our son has a lot of food and seasonal allergies and survive chronic eczema, teachers and Ms Sue take good care of him and communicate with us when something came up. They will check with me with the medications that he needed.
I also love the food menus from the catering they use. They are healthy options and if your kids have food allergies, you can check with the catering company for the ingredients on every menus for a

Little River Day School is such a Special place... !
The teachers are all caring and invested in my two little ones. My 3 and 5 year old have been there for a year - and i am at peace while at work - knowing that my kids are WELL taken care of. Ms. Sue runs the facility and stays ON everything - ensuring that the place runs smoothly. Summer activities are well planned and the kids have lots of fun. Super Thumbs up for Little River Day School :-)

Don't know why someone gave this 1-star. I love this place just as much as both of my boys do. And that means a lot considering how many places my kids have been. We wished we would've came here first and not waste our time with other places. We were very critical in our selection process of finding a daycare that scores high in all criteria you'd want; just to name a few: price, location, quality friendly staff, accessibility, open hours, activities, food options, etc. and this place scored the highest out of about a dozen places we evaluated. A couple of years later, we

I have really enjoyed this daycare. Sent both my boys here for the last two years and they really enjoy their time here. The teachers are really good with the kids and the manager is really flexible and has worked with me through my crazy schedule. Other places have a much bigger ratio of adult to child and I feel like my boys get more attention here. The price of tuition is really reasonable as well. My kids are always coming home with artwork as well as letter and number projects. I feel at ease and happy to have found this place.

This review is very overdue. LRDS has been absolutely wonderful. It is a sweet, cozy environment and I recommend them highly.
My son started at 3 and is 4 now. They do color and shape recognition, as well as letters and numbers. Sammy can recognize most letters and count to 20. They take them outside quite a but which I love! The class sizes are small and there's 2 girls per class and they let me stop by frequently. Any time he has a scrape or tells me some other little tot may have been mean to him, Miss Sue (Director) always takes my concerns very seriously. She is incredibly accessible and

My daughter had a wonderful experience at Little River. She was there since however old you have to be to enter up until 5 yrs old. I cannot take credit for all her development because the women that kept and taught her played a big part in it as well. By the time she was 2 yrs old she was fully potty trained. I know some kids who are not fully trained until they are 4 so I was impressed with that. They did a lot of hands on activities in the classrooms. Check out the Facebook page if you want to see some of the things they do. At the end of every week I was given the school work she had done during

My name is Leslie Carranza and have a daughter Lily which attends LRDS. Little river day school helps kids to develop social skills/manner at an early age. All the teachers are great and have a lot of patience in dealing with different personalities. Mrs. Glenda is a great teacher she has really impressed my husband and I that that out daughter is learning at a quick pace. They have so many events such Ice cream truck, petting zoo, and so many festivities. We are glad we found this school it has been the best decision we made. If you really want kids to strive and be in a loving and caring environment
