Services
New Title w/Transfer (new vehicle must undergo Maryland State Inspection for tag transfer). You must be able to prove the vehicle has been sold to you and you have vehicle insurance. If you purchased the vehicle from a private party, and the vehicle is less than 7 years old, you must have a notarized bill of sale.
On Time Tag and Title provides notary services residential and commercial documents allowed under State of Maryland law. Certify that a tangible copy of an electronic record is an accurate copy of the electronic record; and. Make or note a protest of a negotiable instrument in accordance with § 3-505(b) of the Commercial Law Article.

Terrible. Went to this location 2 days in a row to get a document notarized. First day went at 630pm second day went at around 5pm. Both days, they had a young women working that apparently did not have the notary credentials and I question if she was even able to tag and title if needed. Just ridiculous. She couldn’t even answer the question of WHEN will someone be available to do the notary (at this point I’m not even sure if they have an authorized notary public available). I dealt with this place last year and never had an issue for notary and tag/title, they ALWAYS had someone available

I am generally not comfortable coming in to places like this to get your title or other mva services, but they were extremely helpful, professional and nice about everything, I would rather pay more and come in here than wait 1 month in the MVA to get help. 100% recommended.

The customer service was transparent and quick. They help me resolve a problem that was created at another tag and title company even though the problem was not theirs to solve . They also educated me on my ability to register a car in my business. I will be sending everyone I know here.

The customer service was excellent! The rep. was very informative. She even had useful items for me and my car just doing business with the shop. It DOES NOT get better than this place. It was the absolute best customer service that I have received in a very long time.

When you’re stressed out because of the pandemic and then you suddenly lose a loved one, the last thing you need is a hassle over your tag renewal. We’re grateful they were there when we needed them most.They lifted a weight off our shoulders all while providing quality customer service. We will definitely use their service from now on!
