I hired Jeanna Foley of Coldwell Banker Fort Realty to list my house and I have to say it was the worst performance of a realtor I have seen in my 55 years on this earth, and I have bought and sold many houses over the years. She has a horrible work ethic and low integrity. To start off at the beginning, she initially gave me a market analysis that was over priced by $100,000 on a $375,000 house. I agreed to list it at the lower end of the range she suggested thinking maybe she knew something I didn’t, but we had next to no activity on the house in the first month. Jeanna blamed it on the coronavirus
