Arthur and his wife were such a joy an so easy to work with. They listened to me and were very patient with me. I knew I was in good hands. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I keep looking at my new ring and smiling. Reminds me of the joy I had when my husband first proposed and gave me my engagement ring.

If I could leave ten stars I would. Ive been in the airlines, law and sales, so I know a little bit about customer service. Arthur and. his wife are lovely people, professional, friendly, etc. I had a watch battery replacement in a Michele brand watch. It is an older model. I had the battery replaced less than year ago at another business. I though it was odd that the battery didn't last the year, the previous four years ran on same battery. Arthur revealed the battery was not the correct one for the watch and I paid twice the cost that Arthur charged. Jewelry is not my skillset so having a business

My son streched the clasp on his chain and it needed to be repaired. We went to Arthur's today and had a really great experience! Arthur is so nice and even joked with my son about the condition of his neck after seeing the damaged clasp. He fixed the clasp so fast that I didn't have much time to look at his designs but I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Arthur!

Arthur did an amazing job creating an engagement ring for my now fiancée! He walked me through the process of creating a ring, how to choose a diamond, etc. I gave him a picture of a ring design that my girlfriend liked, and the ring he created was even better than the design I showed him. It is truly a piece of art and one of a kind ring. We are very happy to have worked with Arthur. Arthur, we will be contacting you soon about our wedding rings! Thank you again.

Arthur did an amazing job creating a new ring for me. It is so beautiiful, I love it!!! 2 years ago I smashed my fingers and I could no longer wear my wedding and engagement rings. I brought pictures of what I was looking for and my rings and Arthur and his wife found a solution for me. A band called Cliq which opens on a hinge was the perfect solution. Arthur then built a top on the band that showcases my engagement diamond and little diamonds from my wedding band. He was even able to combine the yellow and white gold aspect exactly as I requested.

Arthur and his wife are amazing! My fiancé had another jeweler put diamonds in my grandmother's band - it was lovely but at 70 years old it looked rough. The other jeweler tried to fix it but it just did not look good. I had heard of Arthur's reputation so I went in to see what he could do. My best option was to melt it and have him remake it - he didn't push this on me though - he actually made me sleep on it and decide if it was what I really wanted. A few months later after seeing the wax mold and bringing in some gold of my mother's and mine to be melted and added to the ring, I had it back
