All of our counselors are licensed by the State of Georgia and have extensive experience working with a broad range of issues. Services
We offer a variety of services, all focused on helping our clients meet their needs in a way that is fair, affordable and effective. The main services we offer are listed below. If you have a need that you don't see listed below, just give us a call. Chances are we have worked with someone with a similar issue, and, if we don't offer the services you need, we'll help you find out who does.
Located across the street from the Lenox Marta station, this office is perfect for those using public transporation. We are located on the 3rd floor of the Lenox Center Building. The building is in-between Truffles Grill and Firestone Tire and free vIsitor parking is located in the back of the building.
Director and Founder of A Better Tomorrow Counseling Services. Matthew has worked in the counseling field since 1993 in a variety of settings. In addition to working in private practice, his experience includes serving as the director of intake and needs assessments at one of Atlanta's largest psychiatric hospitals.
If this is your first time dealing with a legal situation, especially a substance-related charge, there's a good chance you have some questions. We understand that dealing with the courts can be stressful and confusing, so we do everything we can to make this part of the process simple. As certified state treatment providers, we are required to limit participation to one time a week.

I personally had a great experience here. I would recommend to anyone that needs counseling.
They made state mandated groups bearable and were very professional in a group setting while dealing with heavy stuff and a lot of very different views, emotions, and cognitive abilities in the group.
One on one counseling with them is also wonderful. I always felt safe to speak my mind. I never felt "led" by the counselor I was working with, frequently Matt, like I had with various psychologists.
I don't understand the negative reviews, I think they are unfounded and the people probably angry about

I have been trying to get a court ordered drug and alcohol evaluation emailed to me to bring to court this week and it's impossible. I have called 5 times and no one has gotten back to me. Except for the receptionist which has thought I was an insurance company? She has failed to help me at all and not answering me. Court ordered paperwork is not something you can slack on and procastinate about. They over charge and very inconsistent. Don't go here for anything. Very unreliable.

DO NOT complete *ANY* court-ordered anger management or substance abuse evaluations from this place!
A Better Tomorrow does anger management/substance abuse evaluations AND anger management classes. I was ordered by the court to have an anger management evaluation ONLY. I paid $95 for an anger management evaluation with Kyle Keane. Kyle briefly mentioned that he would include substance abuse "just to get it out of the way" and brushed it off like it was no big deal (Keep in mind that I wasn't court-ordered to do a Substance Abuse evaluation).
Kyle's final report stated that I showed no signs
