This is the worst dentist experience I have ever had. In addition to having zero people skills, Dr. Sales doesn't seem to have very much dental knowledge either. He contradicted himself multiple times regarding the information that he gave me about what was going on with my teeth. Not a good sign. While I am not a dentist, I am a healthcare provider myself, and some of what he said just does not make medical sense. He honestly seemed like he was searching and making stuff up. In addition, he so obviously just wanted to rush me out since I was an end of day appointment instead of giving me the treatment

I had A appointment on 5-5-2021at ten am. I got to the office at nine fifty. I was told to fill new information on A tablet. I tried. I told the man behind the deakI was having trouble. Couldn't get it to work. He told me that if I didn't get it filled outI couldn't see theDr. When I took it back for the third time Helaid it down. 15 minutes later I went up to ask ifI was going to be seen. He told me to sit down. When I didn't he screamed at me to Sit down about four times.I am 67 years old and not very good at tablets. Love this office. Palina the hygienist is thorough and so nice. I am in the dental field and I highly recommend this office! This is my second experience with them and just as great as my first. My first time was 6 months ago and they did my exam, cleaning AND a same day crown. That's unheard of. Today I literally didn't wait even 5 mins to get called back.

My appointment with Cartersville Dentist went so well! I have very high anxiety when having dental work and they all were so nice and made sure I never experienced any pain. Wes was super nice explain what my insurance paid and what I had to pay. Ericka took my X-rays and explained everything she was doing. The hygienist (I can’t spell her name) was phenomenal and very thorough as well as very nice. Dr Sales explained everything and gave his opinion of what he thought should be done now and what could wait awhile with no pressure. I highly recommend this office!

I have never been more satisfied with a dentist office before. The day after Thanksgiving they were able to fit us in and help with an emergency situation. Everyone was friendly and they were flexible with us not having insurance. Definitely making this our primary dentist. What a great staff and a clean office. Thank you Dr. Sales and Jenn!
