Very quick turnaround. My computer crashed and after diagnosis I discovered my hard drive was bad. Maximum Tech Solutions was able to recover my data files and fix my computer within 24 hours. Maximum Tech Solutions provides very fast service. My computer was not able to connect to the internet, Maximum Tech Solutions came to my office the same day and resolved the issue fast.

Computer crashed and selected Raymond based on the reviews. He was able to come out same day, pick up my laptop and a second desktop that had crashed a decade ago with all my kids pics just sitting on the hard drive inaccessible. Called me two days later and was able to recover all the data on both computers and dropped it off same day again. If you need a "computer guy" Raymond is your only choice. I will be referring him to any friends or family that are in need to tech. support.

I hesitated to get my computer fixed, despite its slowness and disappearing functions, because I couldn't afford to be without it for work. When the frustration outweighed inconvenience and I finally called Raymond on a weekend, he came out and diagnosed the problem, took the laptop to his place to work on it, and fixed it the same day. That might not be the case for every computer, but it sure was a blessing! The prie was very reasonable. He also thoughtfully restored my apps, backed up my content, and provided tips on how to improve speed, memory and functionality. I could not be happier with

I am so thankful for Raymond! An update corrupted my operating system and completely froze my computer. I called Raymond and he came to my home the same afternoon. He worked on it for 3 hours but it was so damaged that he had to take it back to his shop. He updated me throughout the evening as he worked on it. He was able to save my data and restore my computer as if it were new. He returned it the next afternoon and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. Very recently our company experienced a hard drive crash which never happens at a good time for a small business. Raymond at Maximum Tech Solutions not only took in our equipment over the weekend but as promised also diagnosed the issue, had the repair done, and had the PC ready for pickup at the time promised. I've been using Raymond for several years now for a variety of issues related to my "legacy" HP desktop (2008). He's fixed everything that's been required from installing replacement hard drives, video and sound cards plus alot of software issues - including Windows. I found Raymond and his company to be not only reasonable from a cost perspective - but he's allowed me to avoid unnecessarily buying new machines. Doesn't mean I will never have to replace mine eventually - but he's helped to minimize this expense. He also has good customer service practices by doing repairs either on-site, remotely
