The service I received from Dave at Klines was the best. I had to cancel two winterization appointments because of emergencies with my parents. Derek told me to come in any time and they’d winterize my rv. The service was done by Dave as soon as I arrived, and I enjoyed talking with Deb, another employee, while I waited. I even got to check out a couple RVs in the showroom! Everyone is kind at Klines RV. They treat each other like family and the customer like family as well. Thanks to all of you!!

We just purchased our 2011 Denali Dutchman Camper and our salesperson Debbie took great care of us. When it was time to picking up our camper Dave walked us through everything on our camper and made sure to answer any questions we had. The camper is in great condition and we cannot wait for our first camping trip. Thank you Kline's RV for your friendly service from everyone that helped us from beginning to end. We were two days away from leaving for a trip and found that the brake wire's to one of the wheels of our 5th wheel had gotten damaged. I spoke with Dave in service and he told me to bring it by the next day when I could and that I would have to wait but he would make time to get it repaired (I had never been here for service). I brought it by first thing in the morning and they had it fixed and I was on my way before 10am, and the price for the repair was very reasonable. Thank you again so much for helping on such short notice!

Went to Klein RV as first time RV buyers. We had already planned on buying a pop up from elsewhere and wanted to get some items to be prepared. Spoke with Ron in sales who took the time to show us some available units but didn't dissuade us from buying a pop up or from the other location we were planning on purchasing from. Then we went in to speak with Gary in parts since we wanted an anti sway bar for the pop up. Gary explained everything about installation and recommended You Tube videos as well. I had an excellent experience at Kline’s. From the moment I walked in, Debbie helped me find the RV that was just right for me, despite my multiple trips and indecisiveness! Rick spent 2.5 hours educating me on the RV until I felt 100% confident. A few days after I brought my RV home I found out that my brake light was out and I also had some random questions. I called Klines, and David, the service manager, offered to get me in that day. Everyone there is patient and attentive. I would highly recommend Kline’s.

Shout out to Gary and Rick at Kline's. I had just finished driving nearly 5,000 miles in my teardrop with 500 more miles to go on my (nearly) cross-country trek with my dog. I discovered a broken breakaway cable on a Saturday morning and in a panic called Kline's. Gary couldn't have been more responsive and told me he would squeeze me in so I could leave as planned Monday morning. Dave in the service departmant made my experience at Kline's well worth it. I had my travel trailer serviced at Kline's after I was hounded by a series of mechanical and electrical issues. Not only were the issues solved, but at a cost of almost $200 less than initially estimated. They could have stuck with the cost displayed on the estimate, but they were honest with their labor times. Dave even helped me trouble shoot another unrelated issue with my trailer over the phone, which he was absolutely correct on and it resolved the issue. He didn't have to. We drove almost 2 hours round trip to see why the A/C wasn't working on our brand new travel trailer. They wouldn't look at it quickly to see if it was a user error and made us leave it overnight only to tell us it worked fine and must have been a bad generator (which is also brand new). We also pointed out the screws holding the metal plate in place behind the propane tank were popping out so they said they'd fix it. Nope, not fixed at all. I brought my 94 Nomad travel trailer to these guys with a ton of issues like gas lines, AC install, drain replacement, battery install, and vent replacements. These guys are the TRUTH. I had my trailer in for service last week because it was leaning to one side. It was returned to me with nothing fixed or adjusted; they told me they looked it over and couldn't find anything wrong. I hauled it up to a campground this past week, and upon arriving to the campground I opened the trailer to find it was filled with smoke from the tires rubbing on the wheel well. I jacked it up and discovered that the leafspring equalizer and shackle straps were so loose you could twist the bolts and shake everything back-and-forth. Terrible service department. Always willing to take your money and not fix the problem. Charged me to fix an issue with brakes on the camper and it wasn't even the brakes. It was the controller that we bought from them and THEY installed! They wouldn't admit that was the issue, instead insisted it was everything else. I will NEVER bring my rv to them to be serviced again or ever give them another cent of my money. Don't get scammed by these crooks. Go to General RV or anywhere else but Kline's. Such a crap place.

On Thursday I went to Kline's Auto World & RV Center to pick up a new inverted Flare pigtail for my pop up. It's the connecting hose for the propane tank. I needed a propane tank too and was kinda on a time crunch. So I went there and bought what I needed and left. Once I got home I realize someone already got me a tank and the RV place charged me $92 for the one I just bought. I didn't have time to go return it and they were closed already. So I put it in the house and didn't even use it. I went out of town for a few days and today (Monday) I went up there to return it

Great products. However, went to pick our new camper and a bolt would not come off our hitch. At first it was like oh well...go to this store and see if you can get it..us..not someone from there..really. then someone actually looked and found a bolt. They proceeded to charge us 70.00 for the part and LABOR for installing bolt and leveling camper to hitch. Pabor was 60 of that 70. After spending 32,000 on a camper they couldn't work with us..made an exciting day an extreme disappointment.
