Unfortunately, as a single female, with little experience in remodeling, people are quick to take advantage of you. They charge to much or companies will cut corners. Drew and Jason were honest people and very thorough during my inspection. Extremely friendly and were knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had. You could tell that they had years of experience and they combed the entire house for any and all problems! I will be using them from now on and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This is my first house. I stayed with Drew with the inspection. Very professional job. In addition to the inspection, Drew also gave a lot of helpful suggestion on how to keep the house in good condition, for example, pest control. I guess that is even more helpful than the inspection itself. Anyway, thanks for their kind work and suggestions.

Hired these guys for a home / termite inspection of the home I'm purchasing. Drew was very professional, very thorough, and explained everything in plain talk after he addressed his strictly professional observations. The report they send after is great, he took pictures of every little thing we needed to address. So now I have a checklist with pictures! Another positive to mention is the thermal reader they use for all inspections, it really gave us some peace of mind purchasing an older home. To know our inspector had that extra knowledge of what could be hiding behind a wall and may be missed

I have been in real estate for years and have worked with MANY different inspection companies and Drew was amazing. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable.
