We've had a couple different security systems at our house over the many years we've owned it. Our initial system was installed during a remodel. Since walls were being opened, it was a wired (not wireless) system. Years later we had ADT update our system. Their system was fine, but they clearly only had one way of doing things: wireless. They neither bothered to use any of our wired sensors, nor installed any wired sensors of their own.

Paul and his team did an excellent job! Working from home has been rough although having a hardwired Ethernet to each of our work stations makes our tech life so much easier. Embarrassing to admit but we had a 100ft Ethernet cable running through our house for the better part of a year. No more trip hazard and our internet speeds are way faster with a dedicated line.

I was trying to upgrade our home network and got in over my head, so it was time to call in a pro. Paul from Wave Connects responded promptly and was able to get one of his guys out within two days. The work was completed efficiently and professionally - now everything works like I wanted it to. In fact, sometimes our internet speed is measuring faster than what we are paying for - maybe it just runs more efficiently now? Some after-service configuration questions were answered quickly, too.
Wifey is happy with her snappier wireless service and that means I am, too.

I highly recommend Wave Connects for your tech project. They were one of three companies we talked to about installing a surround sound system in our home, and there was no comparison from the very beginning. They were responsive to calls and questions, came out quickly for an estimate and provided a number of options we had not considered.
They knew exactly what to do. The techs were friendly, competent and made sure they left the house clean at the end of the day. We could not be happier and will definitely consider them for additional projects in the future!

These guys are awesome! I was having trouble setting up Roku stick so that sound went through my AVR along with my Blu Ray player. Had a tech from another company come out and he had no clue how to do it. Cory from Wave Connects came today and had everything set up in 20 minutes. I will be using Wave Connects for all of my tech needs from now on.

Cody from Wave Connects arrived at our Oceanside home and installed our Nest Hello video doorbell and a pair of Nest Outdoor cameras. He was extremely friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Additionally, he showed us resources so we could use our product to its fullest capability. Later, we received an invoice that actually matched our original estimate. Rarely does a business live up to its high marks. Wave Connects certainly does, and I would recommend them to any and everyone in a heartbeat.

Contacted Wave Connects and Paul sent Corey witnin an hour to trouble shoot problems with my surround sound. Come to find out i had a bad Yamaha Receiver. He also pulled threw some new HDMI wires and gave me recommendations on new 5.1 Receivers. I highly recommend Wave Connects very fast and efficient

Last week I scheduled an appointment for today, from 9-11am. Its now 3pm and nobody showed or called. Sad.
UPDATE: I just noticed the rebuttal below from Paul, and both he and I know it is not accurate. In fact, Paul sent me a transcript from his chat conversation with their appointment setting department, where he told them he was concerned because "this has happened a few times recently".
So this is clearly a known issue. Yet, Paul says below that "this has never happened before". Therefore, this business owner is being 100% disingenuous, and he knows it. He has repeatedly
