Erica the technician and the lovely receptionist are examples of great customer service that can make or break your experience, and they were just delightful!
I had a membership at another laser med spa in Florida before I moved to Austin and they couldn't compare to the seamless and informative appointment I had today at Simplicity.
Yes you have to wait a few weeks to get your first appointment but it is laser season being winter so it's understandable they are busy. Once your in though the appointment was fast, not nearly as painful as my previous med spa and overall just great energy

Simplicity Laser in Chandler is the best place to get your laser hair removal done! All the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming to everyone. This was a great experience and Gaby the laser technician was the big reason for it. I was nervous and never had any hair removal done but at Simplicity with the service of Gaby it was absolutely enjoyable and streamline. I would definitely recommend Gaby and Simplicity.

First I'd like to say that the laser treatments at the studio are effective and done so in a professional manner. The two practitioners that I had worked with before were amazing and treated me with respect.Â
However, today was an entirely different experience. I am a kindergarten teacher and drove nearly 1 hour from my school to make it to this appointment. I have always been punctual to my previous appointments however today when I arrived there was no parking available.Â

First of all I can scream of how one session did changes for me! Obviously we are all different but who would’ve thought 1 session would have my hairs from underarms, legs, Brazilian growing back slowly. Usually when I shave they all grow back the next day literally. I am excited to see what 18months do for me. I don’t regret choosing to do laser hair removal with this office and Chloe ! Not only is finding Simplicity Laser life changing but the staff makes it all worth it!! Every laser technician has always been friendly, professional and knows what they are doing! Tried a package from Groupon and will not be using all of my sessions because this place is that bad. They've removed all chairs and make you stand on numbers on the floor waiting, really sets the tone of the place. Still hardcore masking even if you're vaccinated, but rooms just have paper covering the beds that tears easily and beds are dirty. I've been made to stand on a number for over 20 minute waiting on my appointment most times, I arrived 5 minutes late (literally, just 5 minutes on the nose) and it took them another 5 to even acknowledge me standing there and they said

This has been a great experience, I started a couple of months ago and I have been very satisfied each time I have a treatment. I highly recommend the Chandler office, I was with Chloe today but each and every one the technicians have been caring and professional. I've been here twice.... the first time I was early. Trying to be respectful. I waited a good 20 min AFTER my apt. So the next time I show up right on time only to be told 'your technician had some other clients come in early and she's already taken them back so you'll have to wait 15 min or so, is that okay?' No. It's not. It's why I make a damn appointment.

I do not like to leave bad reviews but I have had several issues and I am stuck in a contract First they signed me up for 3 services but only made one appointment and I couldn't get it for a month. Another time they could find my file so they just had me sign a paper. Another time I called the 800 number because they do not have a local number and it took them 5 days to return my call. the last time I went I had someone in training and I found out as they shut the door. She really hurt me. I do not like being a test dummy. Who knows what will happen the next time I go there. Poor customer

This place is so affordable and their lasers really work. I've done 3 sessions of my underarms, 2 sessions for Brazilian and one session of full legs and the results to date are like night and day. I'm so happy I found this place. I never wait more than 5-10 minutes for my session once I get there and the sessions themselves are quick and thorough. The technicians are nice and professional too.

This is my second time going into this clinic. After they rescheduled on me a month out after telling me this needs to be done every 6 weeks to get the best results. It has now been over 2 months since my last appointment. Finally after I finally get my appointment the lady sees me for maybe 10 seconds and goes your back is to red sorry we will have to reschedule sorry. I told her my back was just shaved and that's why it's red. She said it's because I was in the sun 7 days ago and it's still red and if she lasered me she would lose her license. I bought the 2yr full body package shortly after moving to Austin, but I'm no stranger to laser hair removal, I've been doing my face since 18 and most of the rest of my body since my mid 20s. I've seen some reduction in my hair regrowth before coming to simplicity but since finding this gem I've seen much more significant results. Chelsea and Melody are excellent, they're both very through with my treatments, and I'm having EVERYTHING done. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but it is worth it for the painstaking work these two lovely ladies put forth. I wish simplicity

I've been coming here for almost a year and the service is not bad. I don't usually wait but it's because I work close to this location and I don't get a lot of traffic during the day when I make the appointments. The treatments are short, so in 5 mins I'm done. The technicians are helpful and professional, I've always have a different one though, but it may be because I don't request a specific person for the treatment.
I gave a 4 start rating because I can just use my own experience, reading some of the other reviews, I can see why some customers are upset.
