Been coming here a while and it’s been ok, but this time when I came home I saw I still had quite a bit of hair left and had to wax the rest off at home. If that’s the case I might as well have done this service myself and saved myself $100+. They applied aftercare to one body part and not the other and I was not asked if I was satisfied or if I saw more hair, they immediately went into aftercare. I hope in the future they take care to make sure the customer is satisfied before doing this.
In the meantime I’m looking for a new place.

Been coming here for Brazilians and won't be going anywhere else. Jennifer was super thorough and made the most painful sections feel like a breeze. I told her about my ingrowns and how my skin is sensitive so she waxed in small sections to match the direction of my hair for comfort. I felt so safe during my visits! I will be going back to try other services for sure and have recommended this place to all of my friends. The price and quality of service is amazing!

Gilbert wax bar is the cutest store ever!! I have been in twice now and Ximena has been my waxer both times. I love the way she waxes my brows. Makes me feel like a new woman after I go in to see her! The second time I went to get waxed was over a month from the last time I came in and ximena remembered who I was. I was super impressed! That kind of customer service goes a long way for me and I will continue to be a frequent customer because of her! Please support this local shop, you won't regret it!

Wow! Loved my experience here! Went online and booked an appointment the same day. Once there, Payton greeted me and kept a conversation while I waited for my appointment with Erin. Everyone was super nice. I really liked how Erin took her time to wax my eyebrows and ask me questions. It was almost pain free! I'll definitely be going here from now on.

So, I went in last Saturday to get waxed and a lash tint. The waxing process was the most pain free wax I have ever had. It did not hurt at all, which is amazing!! However, when I left I noticed the wax had given me blisters all along where I was waxed and I immediately started breaking out. The lash tint was ok, very subtle but not anything I would do again. I probably won't be going back because it's day 5 and I still have blisters that haven't completely gone away BUT, if you hate the pain of waxing go here bc it's seriously painless.

Amazing experience! I heard about this salon on the Facebook page Go Gilbert! I git my eyebrows waxed and tinted and a spray tan for $40!! The quality is amazing, the team was super kind and helped me understand the spray tan. Lol! It was my first. And they had availability. Some places couldn't get me in for weeks. Excited to get additional services!!
